The cozy house with a wood-burning fireplace, Finnish sauna and a bedroom with a hot tub is perfect for a romantic time for two, but with 100 square meters also offers enough space for families with children or a meeting with friends. The house is located on the outskirts of Bad Tabarz in a quiet location, close to the forest. The house has a garden with terrace and small pool (diameter 5 m, 1.20 m deep). The pool is not heated, so it is the perfect way to cool off after the sauna or sunbathing.

The residential complex is about 64 m² and includes a living room with kitchen fridge, couch and TV, one bedroom with double bed and large wardrobe, a bathroom with bathtub, toilet and integrated shower. This part is on the 1st floor. In the pointed floor are 2 bedrooms one with 18 m² ( room height 1.95 m ) with 2 beds. The 2nd bedroom has about 12 m² with 2 beds ( room height approx. 2 m ). The beds must be made up themselves. In the holiday home there are games, books and sledges.

The attic apartment contains a room, about 25 square meters, with a sofa bed (2 × 1.40 m), a children's double bunk bed (2 × 1 m), a well-equipped kitchen, a mini extra bedroom with a bed (1.20 × 2 m) and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Welcome to our cozy tiny house nestled in nature! Enjoy peace and comfort. The house features a large double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a composting toilet, and a warm shower. A wood stove provides a pleasant warmth. On request, we offer activities on our farm and in our adventure barn: pony rides, donkey & alpaca walks, cuddling with rabbits, and visits to our free-range pigs, goats, and sheep. Our sauna can also be rented upon request.

The 90 sqm holiday home offers a living room with open kitchen on two floors, as well as a bedroom with adjoining dressing room and a bathroom. The generously equipped kitchen offers the possibility to completely cater to yourself. The comfortable bedroom is equipped with a 1.80 m wide double bed. If necessary, another sleeping place can be quickly arranged on the foldaway bed. As a special highlight, there is a sauna in the vacation home.
