This very modern and high-quality furnished guest apartment is located in the center of the Dietzhausen district of the city of Suhl with parking space on the property. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. The Haseltal cycle path leads directly past the property. The outdoor pool is about 300 meters away. The skiing and hiking areas in the Thuringian Forest (Oberhof with international competition venues and Schmiedefeld) are easily accessible by car in 20-30 minutes as well as by public transport.

It is only 15 km to the well-known winter sports center Oberhof am Rennsteig, year-round cross-country skiing in Skisport Halle Oberhof, tobogganing, bike park, golf climbing park, wellness in the H2O Therme, sea aquarium in Zella-Mehlis.

Die großzügig ausgestattete Küche bietet die Möglichkeit sich komplett selbst zu verpflegen. Das komfortable Schlafzimmer Ist mit einem 1,80 m breiten Doppelbett ausgestattet. Falls nötig ist ein weiterer Schlafplatz schnell auf dem Schrankbett gerichtet. Als besonderes Highlight befindet sich eine Sauna in dem Ferienhaus.
