Surrounded by wonderful hiking opportunities, it is also the starting point for numerous tourist highlights in the green heart of Germany.

This very modern and high-quality furnished guest apartment is located in the center of the Dietzhausen district of the city of Suhl with parking space on the property. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. The Haseltal cycle path leads directly past the property. The outdoor pool is about 300 meters away. The skiing and hiking areas in the Thuringian Forest (Oberhof with international competition venues and Schmiedefeld) are easily accessible by car in 20-30 minutes as well as by public transport.

Our apartment is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of Benshausen, suitable for nature lovers. An ideal starting point for many hikes & bike tours. It is only 15 km to the well-known winter sports center Oberhof am Rennsteig, year-round cross-country skiing in Skisport Halle Oberhof, tobogganing, bike park, golf climbing park, wellness in the H2O Therme, sea aquarium in Zella-Mehlis.

Beautifully situated in a green valley in the Dietzhausen district of Suhl. Sleeps up to 5, bathroom: toilet, shower, hairdryer, kitchen: hob, kettle, microwave, heating, dishwasher, wood-burning stove. Hiking trails start right from the front door. Our friendly, child-friendly miniature sheep are our sustainable lawnmowers. You can relax under the shelter of the roof or enjoy the barbecue in the garden. Easily accessible by public transport (10-minute walk). Swimming pool a 5-minute walk away.
