Literally the perfect place for a weekend getaway — hot tub, bbq, and firepit - plus a walk to a good pub nearby. Had an amazing time and all went very smoothly. Will definitely be coming back!

We had a lovely stay in Adrian’s eco house, it was surrounded by a beautiful vineyard and we made very good use of the hot tub! Adrian was very communicative and helpful and I’d recommend this house for anyone looking for a peaceful stay in beautiful countryside.

Amazing lodge, very clean and had all the amenities needed. We stayed for 1 night for my husband’s birthday and the little touches were lovely. A bottle of prosecco and orange juice plus milk in the fridge, toiletries in the bathroom and robes for the hot tub! The hot tub was so nice, especially sitting inside and taking in the views! beautiful lodge in a quiet area which would be great for any fishing fans. only 30-40 mins from a selection of great beaches too, so an ideal location for exploring the area. Ruth was a great host and even dropped off some freshly laid eggs and some plastic cups for the hot tub!

A great stay for our family. The perfect getaway from the madness of every day parent life! We enjoyed a 2 hour exploration across the acres of land nearby and some relaxation in the well maintained hot tub. The place was a home from home and extremely well kept. In the evening there were a few creepy crawlies, but expected in the countryside! The king sized bed was ever so comfy and the children slept well in the single bedroom next door. We would 100% recommend this place and would love to come back in the near future.

We stayed in the Cornflower cabin and had a lovely time. Finding and entering the cabin was easy, and everything was clean and well-prepared for our stay. The fan was super helpful, and the cabin had everything we needed. The hot tub was amazing—a real highlight! The surroundings were peaceful, with birds singing and beautiful grounds to enjoy. It’s also very dog-friendly—our dog absolutely loved it! The space around the cabin was enclosed enough for peace of mind, and it felt safe and relaxed for both us and our pup. I’d recommend checking the temperature of the hot tub as soon as you arrive—it was way too hot for us initially, so we had to remove some logs and take the cover off to let it cool down. While the cabin is understandably small, we did find there weren’t quite enough hooks or storage for our belongings. However, this wasn’t a big issue and didn’t take away from our overall experience. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing countryside escape.

We had a lovely stay in Claire’s holiday home. It had a home from home feel about it, well equipped, in a perfect position, on a lovely holiday park. Claire was so helpful and accommodating. Thank you, claire for allowing us to take our four dogs, they loved the walks along the cliffs! We would definitely recommend this place to others and would love to stay there again.

The lodge was very clean and comfortable. There was so many little touches, which Kate had in the lodge, including the emergency toiletries and homemade cookies, which was such a lovely gesture. The lodge was fully equipped with all essentials, Kate has really thought of everything. We walked to the local pub for a drink and the locals were so friendly. Any questions which I had, were answered in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this lodge and give it a 5 star rating.

Jean and Brian were perfect hosts. They were present but discrete. A beautiful loaf of homemade bread, eggs, butter and jam were a very welcome treat. The premises were spotless. The grounds were beautiful, many little visitors were present: a couple of hares joined the ducks, bird, rabbits and moorhens. Although we don't fish, we were reliably informed that there was carp to be caught. The ser up looked very chilled but we'll maintained. I would definitely recommend this to others.

A lovely cabin in a beautiful setting with chickens and ducks all around. We loved playing cricket and the kids had a great time in the woods. The cabin itself was lovely - spacious and had everything you needed. The fresh bread and eggs was a lovely touch too. We struggled a little bit with streaming videos with the Wi-Fi - but otherwise a fabulous place. I’d recommend dinner at the Bell Inn down the road - dog friendly and lovely homemade food!

Stephen is an excellent host who went above and beyond for us. I highly recommend staying at Oak Tree Lodge. The lodge was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of space, well designed. There were welcoming biscuits, teas, coffees and milk for us when we arrived. Everything you needed is there. It is in a very peaceful and green area. The secure garden was perfect for our dogs. Everything was comfortable, easy and very relaxing. We had a wonderful stay.

A immaculate venue with all essential amenities and decorated to a high standard. What a beautiful and tranquil area to stay in. No noise except bird song. Well maintained footpaths all around for walking Muddy the cocker spaniel! Amazing hosts. All in all a great few days away . Thank you so much. We will definitely return

A stunning lodge with breathtaking views and the added luxury of a hot tub! The apartment was immaculate and finished to a very high standard, providing everything needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Emma is an outstanding and attentive host. We couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommended!

Gorgeous get away and a beautiful location with wildlife and peace all around. Great base for exploring the pretty villages, towns and Bury St Edmund’s. Lots to see and do. Thanks to Catriona and Co. for a lovely stay!

What a jewel. lovely little place. only 2 cabins so really private. the not tub was great. if your lucky you see some nice wildlife. Anne the host, I'd a lovely lady and happy to advice on places to go. it is a bit out in the sticks, but there's a nice pub about 5 mins walk away. I will definitely be visiting Anne again.

We had a great stay, the grounds were beautiful and the hut was done up to such a high standard. There was lots of outdoor games we enjoyed in the sun and the hot tub and sauna. Was easy to access and Claire was super helpful.

It was a good stay. The place was clean and the stuff provided was really impressive. Its the basic i expect from all bnbs and this one has everything. From provind coffee, milk to toileteries. It was really well though of and a nice touch! Fully recommend this place.

Lovely surroundings but we couldnt find the pathway to the beach.The saucepan handles were very hot my friend burnt her hand lifting the saucepan off the stove.We could have done with some instruction as to how to use the shower but as we were three elderly ladies it was probably us.All in all a lovely lodge and a lovely few days.

We had a great two night stay. It's a beautiful cottage perfectly located adjacent to the country park and a couple of minutes to the beautiful castle, village centre and wonderful priory. Warm and cosy lounge and bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom excellently equipped, Woolfy provides brilliant and responsive communications, guest information and a generous welcome pack of provisions.
