Matt is a great host and very helpful. Lovely peaceful place, comfortable beds and very clean. The kitchen is very well equipped, has everything you could want for a great stay, we felt right at home! Nice large bathroom with a good shower. Cosy lounge, not that we stayed in much. Convenient for the coast, the broads and Norwich.

My family and I had the most wonderful stay at the River View barn. The barn was lovely and so peaceful with a beautiful view. We had such a great time and would recommend this to everyone.

Wonderful to spend a couple of nights in this charming cottage. It's a perfect base for exploring the area and visiting the coast. The village is beautiful and peaceful, and the cottage itself is a lovely place to relax. Our 18 month old also really enjoyed the garden, and Francoise was really accommodating of him - with cot and high chair set up for our arrival. Highly recommended.

My mum had a great stay at Erna’s accommodation. It was a home from home! It was spotless, cosy and comfortable. Check in and check out was smooth. Erna was very responsive with communicating, both the instructions for check in and providing photos. She left a beautiful breakfast ready for the morning. Thank you!

We spent a tranquil weekend at a secluded private residence, featuring spacious and well-manicured lawns and flowerbeds that comfortably accommodated our requirements. The trees in the garden’s corner provided an additional amenity, as we frequently utilise hammocks, and this particular location was ideal. The pool was the highlight of our stay, and the weather remained favourable throughout our visit. Although we did not meet the hosts in person, they were always responsive via text message. The property also had ample space for parking my car in the driveway at the front. Breakfast was included, featuring coffee, fresh bread, and jam. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor seating area and would certainly return. We highly recommend the Pavilion.

Highly recommend this lovely place. Considering it's small, this is without a doubt the best stocked airbnb I've stayed in - everything you could possibly need in the kitchen and bathroom and generous with snacks too :) lovely comfy space. Jane very helpfully let us check in early as we had a wedding to get to. The Old Store just down the road has amazing food. Thanks!

Emma was a lovely host and very welcoming, especially the welcome tray with everything we needed on it. Place was lovely, cosy and clean. Well equipped with everything needed. The bed was also super comfy! Definitely recommend to others looking to stay round the area

What a wonderful place to stay! The accommodation, location, and everything in-between. The B&B had everything you might need from full meals, snacks and drinks, to toiletries, ponchos and things you wouldn't even expect to need... but realise you do! We went on lovely walks (undefeated by the weather), pondered through all the charity shops and independent stores, enjoyed a drink on the beach front and it was all made so much more relaxing by having a home away from home in the form of The Garden Room... A stones throw from the high street and run by two lovely hosts. Hope to be back soon... Think we'll turn into regulars :))

We had a lovely time at Sunset Lodge. Beautiful views and very peaceful location but easy access to Ely and surrounding areas. The interior was beautiful and very cosy & homely decor. Very clean and everything you needed for the stay. Lovely to have coffee, tea, sugar and milk / biscuits. Nice patio area overlooking the wheat fields. Ali was quick to reply to any questions we had. All in all we would return and would highly recommend to others.

We had a 2 night stay and it was absolutely perfect for us and the dog. The suite was clean, tidy and well appointed. The breakfast basket and bottle of prosecco on arrival was a lovely touch. Great location for us to explore the local National Trust parks in the area. Would definitely stay there again if the opportunity arose.

The barn annexe was as described, very peaceful and had everything we needed for a 3 night stay. One day we were lucky enough with the weather to enjoy a bottle of wine in the garden. We ate at The King's Arms twice ... lovely friendly staff and great food (closed Mondays). Walkable. No kitchen facilities as per description but tea coffee milk provided. Best touring own pastries etc for breakfast. Lots to do in the area ... the reason for our stay was to visit Sandringham but we also walked at The Warren's, did a walk around King's Lynn including the old theatre in the guildhall, the customs house, the Quay and the walks (a park) For a wet morning we went to the majestic cinema built in the 1920s and watched a film. If you visit on a Tuesday or Wednesday the RAF Marham aviation heritage centre is brilliant...including a virtual reality mission over Berlin in 1939. Well worth the trip and we would definitely stay with Paul and Anne again if in the area. thank you both

Stayed with Iain for 1 night, both hosts lovely. Great recommendation for a local pub with homemade food. (The pizza is a must!). Iain introduced himself in person and very polite and welcoming. Would stay again if the chance presents itself. Very clean and tidy BnB.

Couldn't have asked for more from Philippa's Annex. It is a role model example of AirBnB hosting and accommodation going above and beyond! Philippa's communication was friendly, professional and effective, the annex is attentively equipped with everything you could possibly need. The patio was a great bonus to have for our trip in May/June. Perfect place to unwind on a summer evening. Honestly can not fault our stay at all! Will without doubt be back if we find ourselves in the area in the future.

Lucy was very friendly and I appreciated her responsiveness. The airbnb was very clean and she left eggs and bread which was such a nice surprise. Stayed for 13 days and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Thank you Lucy!

Lovely property in a beautiful location overlooking the Broads. Very peaceful and relaxing. Ali and Tim were very friendly and welcoming, always responsive to any queries and couldn't have been more helpful. The property itself was squeaky clean and nicely furnished with well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Cannot recommend highly enough! And not forgetting the lovely little dog whose name escapes me who was also very friendly and came to greet us at the gate after our days out :)

Lovely property on two levels. Very well presented with some nice features. Good facilities and a nice selection of fresh fruit, snacks and drinks on arrival. Excellent access to Norwich and ideally situated for our weekend at the races at Snetterton. Would be happy to visit again.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb as guests to a wedding near by. The house was very comfortable and roomy enough for 6 adults. We loved the space

This place is amazing, we celebrated a birthday here and the place gives pure girly party vibes! The hosts were so kind and friendly and I would absolutely recommend staying here and would love to come back! Clear instructions on how to get in were given, decorated beautifully and lovely and clean.
