Holiday rentals with a sauna in Südwestpfalz

Great location… quiet and great location….. very pleasant and helpful hosts….. !

There were two of us (father + child) in the apartment and we felt like we were guests at Udo's. Everything was tip-top furnished, clean and cozy. Even breakfast is a highlight (highly recommended!). We were allowed to feed the alpacas and take selfies on the very first morning. Udo explained a lot to us about alpacas. The outdoor area with sauna and whirlpool in the conservatory are also simply great. From here, you can reach many exciting excursion destinations, the Hahnenbachtal right next door, Idar-Oberstein with its mineral museums and tunnels only half an hour away by car. Short distances to the forest, but you also have some metres in altitude to climb and descend. In any case, a double thumbs up 👍

Arrive and feel good! A very great accommodation where you feel right at home😊 The spa area is super nicely decorated and you can use it at any time (10 am-10 pm). The garden is also beautifully designed with a barbecue and a seating area outside. All in all, I can recommend the accommodation with the warmest heart🤗

Aurelie’s place has everything you could need. It’s clean and comfortable. It’s located in a quiet area but still just walking distance from all the sights. There are also several tram and bus connections for any trips to other parts of town. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful break - even the mixed weather couldn't spoil our stay! The sauna and the tubs were absolute highlights and let us relax wonderfully. The accommodation is quiet and surrounded by nature, perfect for switching off. Andreas was extremely helpful, always available. Communication was great. A place to relax and feel good. We'd love to come back!☺️☺️

Astrid and Jörg were wonderful hosts and the little bakery is developed and furnished with a lot of attention to detail. You don't need anything. Everything is very clean and cozy. Even a parking space in an underground car park, 2 minutes' walk away, is provided. The location is simply magnificent... In the middle of the old town of Weinheim. With lots of small cafés and the Schlosspark just around the corner. We weren't at Astrid and Jörg's for the last time. ☺️

We had a great time at Christiane and Martin's. The apartment was very clean, well equipped and everything as described. The apartment is nice and cool, which was a treat in the warm temperatures. The tranquility, the great view and the beautiful sunsets were perfect...

The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, with a very quick response to any request. He even helped me get to my car, which was a long way away - that was really great. The house is beautiful and located in a quiet area – ideal for a holiday and to spend a nice time with the family. Everything was easily accessible, all necessary things were available and easy to find in the bedrooms and kitchen. At check-out, however, time was a bit tight, and I didn't know I had to remove the beds and dispose of the rubbish - that was different from hotels. I thought I should leave everything as it was to help with cleaning. Thank you for everything! I will definitely recommend this stay.

Super nice apartment that makes you feel right at home. The location is top: quiet, family friendly and with a nice park nearby, ideal for walks or a little getaway. Shopping facilities are also within easy reach. Especially convenient: there is a private parking space, which makes getting there and everyday life very relaxed. Our personal highlight was the terrace – perfect to end the day in peace. We had a great time and would come back anytime

My family and I had a few very nice days. Thanks to the great weather, we were able to use the beautiful pool extensively. We had a very relaxing time there. Our excursion to Strasbourg was also very nice, easy to reach by tram. All in all highly recommended, we had a great time and great hosts.

Highly recommend staying here if visiting Ramstein AFB. Very convenient

Nice spacious studio in the middle of the Black Forest. The studio is located on the ground floor of the hosts house, near the main road of Mitteltal, which was ideally located to start hikes and bike rides. With the Schwarzwald Plus card you can also use the bus for free to go to the start of hikes/activities in the region. Mitteltal has one very little supermarket and some bakeries and restaurants in walking distance (5-10 min). If you want some more options, Baiersbronn has some bigger supermarkets and more restaurants in 10 min by car. The sauna was a very nice addition on the rainy days. The bed was comfortable, the studio was very quiet and dark with the roller shutters down. The shower was also very nice. The host was very friendly and informative. We appreciated the parking spot in front of the house and the fact that we could park our racing bikes in the garage. We would recommend this studio for a peaceful trip to the Schwarzwald.

We were very pleased with the winemaker's cottage. Very well maintained, tasteful and well-equipped. To the sofa bed, it is important to note that you do not lie like in bed with exit to each side, but one towards the wall and the other with exit to the front . Also, if you look closely at the photos, you can see it in the picture with the prepared sofa bed.

We stayed in Sabine's accommodation for the second time. The cottage is very clean and perfectly equipped with a lot of love for detail. The location is a good starting point for various hikes to the surrounding castles or excursions to the surrounding towns. After an eventful day, you can relax perfectly in the associated sauna. We will also be happy to come a third time!

We stayed there as a family and enjoyed the stay. The apartment was perfectly and lovingly furnished. There were also play equipment outside and the sauna was great. The excursion destinations are diverse and there are very good restaurants nearby. The hostess was very warm and had some tips and surprises for us. We're already looking forward to your next visit!

Marie-Louise and Freddy were very sweet and helpful. Freddy went out of his way to provide us with baby items. The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas which was a nice touch. They also left us home made cookies and a bottle of Champagne as a welcome gesture. The house is very nice, with traditional Alsatian style and furniture. It also has a beautiful garden and is 45 minutes away from Strasbourg. The village is peaceful and the whole region is magical especially during Christmas. This is definitely a place to stay.
