Our historic school building with wonderfully high ceilings and its thick sandstone walls offers plenty of space (about 130 square meters) for up to four people. It was lovingly ecologically renovated by us until 2013. Downstairs there is a large kitchen-living room, upstairs a cozy small bedroom and a large studio, which can also be used by artistically ambitious guests. From Gräfenhausen you can go directly to the Palatinate Forest by mountain bike or on foot. The nearest climbing rock is also a 20-minute walk. In the village there is a small restaurant with a village shop and a bakery (both directly opposite the house).

Our holiday home in Burrweiler is located on the edge of the Palatinate Forest on the Southern Wine Road in the middle of the chestnut forest on the Teufelsberg, at 355m altitude, below the St. Anna Chapel. On the 1250 sqm fenced forest plot, there is a viewing area with a distant view of the Rhine plain, a gazebo made of old oak trunks and a picnic bench. The living room has a sofa that can accommodate up to two people. In the living room, there is a fireplace, TV and a forest view. The kitchen has a fridge, electric stove, sink, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, egg cooker, cooking pots, frying pans, dish towels and dishes.
