The house by the lake, my lifelong dream. But too big to use on my own. Away from mass tourism, nestled in the mountains, right by the lake, surrounded by forests. Inside and around the house, everything is very spacious for both people and animals. Very important to us personally. In addition to the BBQ/fire pits, sauna, private jetty, beanbags and garden swings, rowing boat, SUP board and garden shed (‘Villa Seen-Sucht’), our guests can use everything… that way, it’s more fun for all of us. Welcome to the green heart of Austria! Our home is in a lovely village beneath a mountain, 15 miles from Graz, Austria's beautiful second city. There are hourly buses from a bus stop just 2 minutes away. We're only 10 minutes' walk from a family-friendly wellness centre with a lake and other leisure activities. There are many walking trails that start from here. The house (500 years old, forming a bridge over the road) is a halfway point on the pilgrim path between Mariatrost & Weiz Basilica.

Unique wooden holiday house in nature

The windmill is a unique wooden house in nature. It is surrounded by organic apple trees. The mill is located in the heart of Slovenia, 2 km from the highway and only 25 km from Ljubljana, so it is an excellent starting point for trips to the surrounding area and Slovenia. 4 guests at a time and pets are welcome in the mill. The mill has electricity and drinking water. We have free parking for several cars at the site. We are extremely flexible with arrival times and available for more info.
