Our cottage is located directly on the lakeside, consists of 3 apartments and 2 add. rooms to rent (i.e. for children). The spacious lakefront property is a place of adventure and relaxation as well as an oasis for swimming, sunbathing and simply unwind - the contrast to crowded lakes. House and garden are well secured and only separated by an access road. Additionally: steam bath, playground, barbecue, fire pit, picnic tables, 2 rowing boats, washing machine, dryer and rooms with terraces.

Počitek, mir, klimatizirana in ogrevana hiša, ki je okusno opremljena, svetli prostori, velika polno opremljena kuhinja, 2 terasi, žar prostor, 3 kopalnice, 3 spalnice. V kleti hiše se nahaja velika wellness soba z jacuzzijem in savno, v poletnih mesecih se na zunanji terasi obkroženi z vinogradi, ob kozarcu našega vina razvajate v velikem ogrevanem jacuzziju.

Die Unterkunft ist in einer ruhigen Umgebung am Stadtrand von Graz gelegen. Durch eine gute Anbindung ist man schnell in der Stadt, aber wohnt trotzdem komplett im Grünen mit Garten und Naturteich. Sehenswürdigkeiten, wie der Schlossberg oder das Grazer Wahrzeichen der Uhrturm liegen in kurzer Entfernung und sind gut mit dem Auto oder öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel erreichbar. Die Unterkunft ist perfekt für Paare, allein reisende Abenteurer, Geschäftsreisende und Familien (mit Kindern).
