In front of the entrance is a terrace with table and armchairs, as well as a 100 m² fenced meadow (ideal for dogs).

Our rustic wine cellar is located at the foot of the Geschriebenstein in the middle of the wine idyll Rechnitz. It has been around for more than a century, is in top condition, convinces with its quiet charisma, invites you to relax from everyday life and is only suitable for fit people, as the upper floor is accessible with an extendable staircase. No neighbors, no Wi-Fi but electricity, running water and cell phone reception. Getting up with the deer and rabbits is not uncommon.

Cozy cottage on the outskirts of Graz

Cosy little house for 1–2 people, located on the southern outskirts of Graz. Heating is provided by wood (tabletop stove) and/or electricity. Bus stop approx. 200 m away, public car park (free) approx. 200 m away, loading and unloading possible on the property. The cottage is located on the same property as the main house; the two hosts, a small dog and a cat also live here. Laundry service (washing, ironing) and breakfast service available on request.
