Beautiful house in Carinthia, in close proximity to activities/attractions such as Uršlja gora, ski resort Kope, Peca and AlpakaLanda. You found everything and more in the accommodation for a comfortable stay, with a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful interior, and a corner to relax, an ideal end to a day in the hills. The host helped us with guidance, was flexible and responsive. 10/10 if we had time we would have stayed even longer

We spent 6 wonderfully relaxed and beautiful days here and enjoyed the house with garden to the fullest! The private sauna is a real highlight, as is the cozy window sill from which we liked to watch the sunsets. If you are looking for a quiet relaxing retreat with great surroundings, this is the place to be. We will definitely be back!

A really nice and nice cottage with a lot of love for detail. You immediately feel at home and would like to extend the stay. It was very clean and the amenities were more than sufficient. We took our own coffee maker with us, so everything was complete. The view and surroundings are very nice, rural and quiet. We'll be back 🥰

Christine is amazing, the place looks better than in the photo's. house was clean and super special. if you want to calm and enjoy nature, this is an amazing place, the house is very big and Christine explained everything and beyond, we had EVERYTHING we needed and much more. make sure to get there in daylight, it was difficult for us to find it. we 100% recommend to go there thank you so much for having us!

We wholeheartedly recommend a stay at Posestvo Ana — a haven of warmth, nature, and quiet magic. From the very first moment, Anita greeted us with sparkling Slovenian wine and a homemade cake that tasted like childhood. The next morning, we were treated to an organic breakfast crafted with love, using local ingredients — some grown in her own garden, others gathered thoughtfully from her meadow. As night falls, guests are invited to meditate and speak their mantras beneath the soft glow of lanterns and the deep resonance of a gong, surrounded by silence and stars. And for those who wander down the hillside, a hidden gift awaits: a Finnish sauna and a wooden platform offering a view into the heart of the forest. We will return to Anita — and bring our friends.

The apartement is well equipped, clean and modern. The nature around the accomodation is beautiful. Peter gives a lot of information about programs near to the accomodation.

The apartment is centrally located, but still extremely quiet and tranquil. We had a nice two nights, the bed was comfortable, the apartment was clean and tidy. Robert was a very nice host.

It was a fantastic vacation. Unique location and you didn't want to leave. The inviting and open atmosphere of the farm and also of Daniela really allowed the children to blossom. And really relax us. The animals and the pool provided a lot of entertainment on a quiet day, especially for the children. Thanks for the great 2 weeks!

We spent the Easter weekend at Barbara's place, as we were climbing in the area, i.e. the location was great for us! It was also super quiet, beautiful view but also the entire apartment was a dream! Much bigger than expected and really equipped with everything you could ever need! Super cozy living room with large kitchen, very comfortable and large bed, spacious bathroom and everything also very clean. The garden is also beautiful and the communication with Barbara was also great. There is nothing that didn't fit. We particularly loved the Easter decorations with little touches, we immediately felt welcome! We are happy to recommend it and will be happy to come back!! :)

Very nice place, we felt like it was home from home. The double bed was very comfy. All you need in the kitchen. Restaurant 2 mins walk.

We had a very nice and pleasant weekend here. The area is quiet and the location is perfect. Tanita is very friendly and always available. The apartment is large enough for 2 pax + 2 dogs and is equipped with everything. I can only recommend it to people who just want to enjoy the peace and quiet.

I chose it because it is hotter than the north (I fear for my children of changing the atmosphere) and this coincidence was better than a thousand times. : I have visited more than 11 countries , and the third time I have visited Austria , but it is the first time that everything has been completed in my bookings ! * Quiet as if you were the only one! * Even the workers there barely see them but everything is clean and tidy ! * Your trees and the garden are surrounded by a river at the back of 150 meters. * Kitchen appliances, room design and the arrangement of the place all met in one place despite this difficulty! : Sister Michelle was communicating with me and reacting quickly All my questions answered comfortably You advise me of places and point to the events of Ali She was good to deal with even the mistakes of my children that Michelle alluded : I hope the place stays as beautiful as you saw it And that the staff there should always be good Thanks to them the size of Heaven and Earth (God be witness) that my heart is still attached to the place ✅ Khalid

We had a great stay at the ranch! Everything was as we hoped or more. It was a great detox from daily life. Gregor and Maja were very nice and let us be as involved as we wanted in the farm life. The animals are visibly well taken care of and happy which is very important to us 🥰 We look forward to visiting again.

We arrived as a family of four. Arriving at the Knusperhäuschen, we were surprised by the wonderful view, the really very nice and lovingly furnished house and the horses. We felt very comfortable at all times and can absolutely recommend this place. Many thanks to Manuela. We will be happy to come back.

Roswitha and her family's farm was a peaceful, unique destination for us with two kids. Our hosts were naturally kind and open, our kids made frienship with Roswitha's grandchildren, we were invited to the traditional Easter fire and could taste a cake they offered us kindly. We could relax, play, get close to the animals, our kids fed them in the morning and observed them all day. We had a great, nice walk following a little creek in the forest nearby. The house is cosy, beautiful and has everything we needed. The endless fields with dandelions were just wonderful. I can list only positive things. Thank You, Roswitha and Family <3

We found the communication with Julia as a host to be very pleasant, she is super nice and very accommodating. Even before the trip, we got a small sweet guidebook with various activities in the nearby area. :) We were expecting a lovingly furnished accommodation in a picturesque setting. The many hiking opportunities in the area are fertile, but especially the idyllic garden of the accommodation invites you to linger. The attention to detail in the accommodation also continues here in the garden and makes a stay an unforgettable memory that leaves nothing to be desired 🥰

Beautiful location, impeccable cleanliness. Bathrobes and plenty of towels are provided per person. Outdoor area with grill and fridge, the sauna and jacuzzi are very clean and functional. Everything is as described, perfect. The welcome aperitif is very much appreciated! 5 ⭐️
