Animal-friendly apartment in East Frisia

In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, there is a 1-room apartment at your disposal, which contains a double bed for two people, but can be increased to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and another couch. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged darlings are also welcome! A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, in summer there is plenty of space on the lush pastures. A riding arena is also available. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and a microwave. Nearby Bakery in the village Supermarkets - Neighboring towns of Großheide and Hage (about 3-4 km) Swimming pool - in Berum (about 3 km) Riding club/stable - in the village North Sea (beach) - Nessmersiel (8 km) Ferry to Baltrum - Neßmersiel (also) Lütetsburg Castle - Hage (7 km) City of Norden - 14 km Norderney and Juist - from Norddeich (about 16 km) The connection to public transport is not very convenient, which is why traveling by car is recommended. The well-kept vacation home is located at the end of a small settlement in a cul-de-sac and has about 200 square meters of living space. The kitchen offers you all the possibilities for self-catering and cooking together with the family. The spacious open living concept makes it possible to start the day in the dining area with a shared breakfast and to spend cozy, comfortable evenings in front of the fireplace in the living area, even with an occupancy of 12 people. You will quickly feel at home here.

Das Appartment liegt im OG eines Einfamilienhauses. Die Küche ist mit Induktionsherd, Backofen, Spülmaschine sowie Kühl/Gefrierschrank ausgestattet. Hier ist auch die Essecke, ein Sofa und Fernseher. Im Schlafzimmer sind zwei Betten (je 2x1 m). Der Balkon ist von der Küche und vom Schlafzimmer aus zugänglich. Das Großes Meer ist 4 km entfernt. Wiegboldsbur liegt zentral zwischen Norden, Aurich und Emden und ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren. Die Küste ist in ca 25 km erreichbar.

Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe vom Ferienhausgelände mit vielen Freizeitmöglichkeiten, Gasthof mit Biergarten sowie öffentliche Verkehrmittel. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der Umgebung und der Nachbarschaft. Eine kleine Terrasse befindet sich neben der Eingangstür. Neben der Wohnung ist ein schöner Bootssteg. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer und Geschäftsreisende. Dein Elektrofahrzeug kann an der Wallbox (gegen Gebühr) aufgeladen werden.

Paradise with children & animals. Contactless handover

You'll love the place because of the surroundings, which are balm for every soul. The garden invites you to play + linger, is secluded, fenced + "escape-proof" for 2/4-legged adventurers. The house itself is completely renovated, has new bathrooms, one of which is handicapped accessible and a lot of space. The kitchen-living room offers everyone space for cozy interaction. My place is good for couples, families + kids/babies, groups, multiple generations and furry friends (pets).

A vacation for the soul on an East Frisian farm

We live on a farm in a quiet secluded location in the middle of East Frisia with our cattle, horses, chickens, dogs and cats. Shopping and restaurants are 2 km away. And plenty of bike paths to worthwhile destinations - swimming lakes, open-air museums, climbing park.... We'll be happy to give you tips. For our guests there are two bedrooms to choose from - a single bed and a queen size bed. We are non-smokers and ask our guests to refrain from smoking inside the house.

The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. Witnesses to its old age are the original parquet and plank floors in the living rooms and bedrooms and terrazzo floors in the kitchen. The house is very carefully furnished with beautiful softwood antiques. In sunshine, life takes place outside on the terrace in the enclosed garden.

Great place, in a quiet area, with everything you may need for a nice vacation. Thea was a great host, very friendly and proactive in providing us with extra tips and opportunities to enjoy our stay, like bicycles for all of us even with a seat for our smallest, a big box of toys for the kids (with cars and Duplo), and a visit to their dairy farm. Our kids (4yo and 19months) absolutely loved the place and had so much fun!

From arrival to departure, everything was perfect. I was able to arrive an hour earlier, which was very convenient for me in my further planning of the day. Franziska and her husband welcomed me very warmly. Everything was as described, totally cozy and very clean. Since I am well versed on site, I didn't need any recommendations and that's why I booked the place too, so I got anywhere comfortably. I also love my own parking space for my car. All in all, I will definitely recommend the accommodation and thus Franziska. I wish I'd stayed there for a few more days.

We were warmly welcomed by Matthias and Petra. The comfortable apartment is new and tastefully furnished. Anything you need is present. Also for the dog a basket and a small attention (nice snacks)! The bed is very comfortable! Matthias and Petra are busy making their location a true paradise. There are eggs from their own chickens for guests and also tomatoes, cucumbers and herbs. In the evening, the garden and pond are tastefully lit. This location is also suitable for people with dogs afraid of fireworks. I checked and in the area it is also very quiet during New Year's Eve, little fireworks. We enjoyed our stay very much and the nice contact with Matthias and Petra.

We felt very comfortable at the place. Everything was very clean and everything necessary was available. There is a beautiful terrace and a great conservatory overlooking the field. The "Great Sea" was quickly reached on foot. We arrived late and nevertheless Heiko was still available by phone in the evening with all the important information. We will certainly come back.

The apartment is really very nice, spacious and clean. We immediately felt comfortable and slept really well. In summer, the terrace with the built-in grill is certainly great! For children, there are toys and DVDs. The coffee machine is also great!
