Vor dem Haus sind Parkplätze vorhanden, die nächst gelegene Bahn liegt nur ein paar Gehminuten von der Unterkunft entfernt. Der Wasen ist ebenfalls gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Due to the half-height location, you have a very beautiful view over the city. Our house is inhabited by us as a family with four people.

Our 23 m², modern furnished apartment has been newly renovated and has two separate rooms and a bathroom. A two-man occupancy is of course possible. The bedroom is equipped with a 1m bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. In the living room there is the sofa with bed function and the fitted kitchen, as well as a dining table with 2 seats . The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, induction hob, toaster, kettle, microwave and fridge/freezer.

If you are looking for a well-located, functional and clean place to stay, our simple little apartment is just right for you. Please note that Stuttgart is hilly. The apartment is very close to the main train station, but significantly higher. We therefore advise against walking from there with luggage, as the difference in altitude is approx. 100m.
