Three bedrooms: two with double beds, and one with a single bed and a pull-out bed. Large living room with two sofas, a wood-burning stove and a TV. Large, bright conservatory that can be used in spring and summer. Beautiful enclosed garden with seating, an outdoor fireplace and a greenhouse. In the garden, six hens roam in an enclosure, and the property also includes a very affectionate and sociable long-haired cat.

The apartment is 55 m2 and contains a bedroom, kitchen/living room and bathroom. In the living room, there is a sofa bed that sleeps two and a dining area for four people. The kitchen has an oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. The bedroom has a double bunk bed and access to the shared garden. From the bedroom, there is access to the bathroom with double sink, toilet, shower and washing machine. NOTE! Please note that an additional fee is payable for adults number three and four. Children are always free.

This unique home has its very own style. The main house is the old Lyngfogde residence, the apartment is located in an adjacent building, with its own entrance and parking. The apartment has a fantastic view of fields and Horreby Lyng, which is a very unique area. There is rich wildlife on and around the property, with pheasants, hares, deer and lots of birds. Hesnæs beach is about 7 km away, and Corselitze estate and forest district, where there is the possibility of beautiful hikes, is about 5 km away.
