Very nice and cozy apartment. Everything was perfect. Mariella is very friendly and communicative. We would like to come back again.

The location of the accommodation is great if you want to ski, hike, etc. The path to the glacier is not far, by car a good 10 min. The regular ski bus is quick to reach. There are also 3 restaurants within walking distance if you don't want to cook for yourself. We have been to the Geier-Alm several times and can particularly recommend the pizzas and the bruschetta, but the other dishes also looked good. The hosts are very nice and helpful. The apartment is practical, very clean and equipped with everything you need. The beds are comfortable. One bedroom and kitchen have afternoon sun and beautiful mountain views, the other bedroom has a bathroom with underfloor heating. In front of the apartment you can sit on the terrace and look at the mountains and the glacier or play in the garden. Clear recommendation.

What a wonderful long weekend in the Stubai valley and we could have asked for no better a place and host to make our stay amazing! The apartment feels brand new, has everything you need and is in a great location with public busses up and down the valley so you don’t even need a car! Kathi and Andi were so helpful throughout our stay and we can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Johanna’s place! She was an incredibly kind and welcoming host who went out of her way to help us with anything we needed during our trip. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel at home and was always available to answer questions or offer assistance. Her recommendations for local hikes, restaurants, and activities were spot on and really helped us make the most of our time in the area. The accommodation itself was clean, cozy, and in a beautiful location. Thank you, Johanna, for your hospitality—we truly appreciated everything!
