The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the frame for a truly wonderful place. The house was named winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful Summerhouse at DR1 (2014). The well appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 meters to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for the family with 2-3 children. Year-round, you can bathe in the “Svenskerhull” ml. Roneklint and the small nice island of Maderne, owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is made for beautiful walks – and bike rides.

Best location by Køge Bay

This unique home has panoramic views of Køge Bay overlooking Copenhagen. There is its own large beach plot and nice bathing jetty. Private heated pool, which is covered, but can also be opened. Two good bathrooms, one by the pool. The premises rented on the lower floor are a total of 125 m2 and consist of a large kitchen/living room/living room two bedrooms, closet hallway and large bathroom. The house is an old wooden house that we have renovated, so do not expect a state of the art and streamlined type house. But if you're into an old, charming house with all the amenities - and an imaginative location - this is the one for you! The property is fully equipped and electricity, water and heating as well as internet and TV package are included in the price.

Cozy cabin located on camping site, but located by itself. There is exterior patio, parking right out front of the cabin. The cabin contains a kitchen, living room, as well as a bedroom, toilet and loft. There is room for 2 sleeping in the bedroom, 2 in the loft and 1-2 on the sofa bed in the living room. There is access to a shared pool, playgrounds, bouncy pillow, etc. or just pure relaxation😊

Lovely bright cottage of 80m2. Located 70 meters from the water. With access to, shared private beach grounds, with jetty. Large south facing wooden terrace in lovely enclosed garden, on 800m2 plot. 10 minutes to Køge. And 45 minutes to Copenhagen. 15 minutes to Stevens klint. The house will not be rented to families with children under 8 years.
