To complete it there is a panoramic terrace perfect for an aperitif with a view (perhaps after a nice swim in the pool or a sauna!). The communal areas allow you to enjoy the peace of the place and to feast your eyes on the evocative landscape that will accompany every single day of your stay.

The apartment is two floors below the square, entirely dug into the tuff. Overlooking the valley, it is isolated from the noises of the street, quiet, private, and very welcoming. The tuff walls give it an ancient vibe to transport you to another time. It can be reached on foot, via a footbridge that takes you directly to the square where the property is located. It is perfect for short stays of complete relaxation, but with the fully equipped kitchen you can make the most of it.

Newly renovated apartment which benefits from a magnificent location, in front of the Marmore Waterfall and at the entrance of Valnerina. From the house you can enjoy a breathtaking view surrounded by peace and quiet. The house, with two bedrooms each with its own private bathroom, has a large living room with a third bathroom, kitchen and large fireplace. The apartment also has private parking and a large, finely maintained, fully fenced garden.

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!
