Romantic Somerset hideaway

Hello! We are Rob and Kate and we have poured our heart and soul into our guest house. Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Shared driveway next to main house. Not suitable for children or pets.

Garden Bothy

This is quiet cabin in a large garden, two minute walk from the town centre and 30 minute walk to the top of the Tor. You have your own access to the garden and cabin via a side gate. Lovely wood burner for chilly evenings and spacious covered decking with a mature grape vine for Al fresco eating or chilling with a good book. We are pet friendly and have 2 free range dogs who form the welcoming committee. The bathroom and shower are attached to the main house and are shared with another guest.

Its picturesque setting is across the road from St. Andrew's Church {home to one of the UK's oldest trees} and in the valley between Lollover and Dundon (Beacon) Hills making it the perfect location for a country escape. The cabin is self contained and has been lovingly finished to a high standard with a quirky touch. This, coupled with gorgeous views of Lollover Hill, makes for a magical stay in Somerset.

The Piggery at Cradlebridge Farm

We are pleased to offer our refurbished conversion which in its previous life was an open barn, pig sty and engine house. It has been updated to provide a comfortable setting suitable for a relaxing getaway. Guests have their own entrance hall, large sitting room with wood burner, snug, dining room, and fully fitted kitchen. Spacious bedroom with shower room. There is a private outside seating area and garden, but you may choose to explore the open countryside which is all around.
