Rachel’s house was amazing!! We stayed here for Coachella and it was the perfect location being near a shuttle stop (about 30ish min from the festival). Plus the pool, jacuzzi, and backyard was sooo gorgeous. Made it perfect to wake up and relax/hang in a pretty place like that. Rachel was responsive and helpful whenever I had questions, and check in/check out was easy. Would totally be back, thanks again Rachel!

The home is absolutely gorgeous, well thought and decorated so beautifully. Well stocked with all necessities and more. Clean patio, pool and jacuzzi, and on top of it all is salt water system! Beautiful view of the mountains from the backyard. A quiet and safe neighborhood. Would have loved to spend a week here! The host is super communicative!

This home is so charming, and in a perfect location! Close enough to all the downtown Palm Springs action, but removed enough for a peaceful and private stay. It matched the description perfectly, and was extremely clean upon arrival. There were lots of thoughtful touches, too—it will have everything you need for a great stay. The owner was extremely responsive, friendly, and helpful which made me feel well taken care of. Will absolutely look to see if this home is available for my next trip out to the desert!

Great home. Spacious for our entire group of 8 friends. Nice spacious back yard with a pool. Fun pool table to play inside of home. Overall great stay for our Coachella Weekend.

Sam's house was perfect! There was ample space, everything was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, the pool area was spacious and lots of fun, and the bathrooms were immaculate - it was perfect for my husband, my brother and sister in law, their 2 kids and our dogs. Everyone had a blast! I would highly recommend staying here. Sam's instructions were also very clear and if we ever needed anything he was quick to respond. He was extremely accommodating of our early arrival too. Thanks for a wonderful stay, Sam! We hope to be back soon.

Our stay here was truly incredible. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for — the thoughtful touch of having non-alcoholic beverages ready for us made a lasting impression and set the tone for a safe and restorative stay. The linens were fresh, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and every detail matched (or exceeded) the description provided. The toiletries were high quality, and we were especially impressed with the washing essentials provided for clothing — such a helpful amenity. Communication was seamless, with super fast and kind responses whenever we had a question. Overall, a true 10 out of 10 experience. We are so grateful for the hospitality and are already looking forward to staying here again!

Casa Rosario was an awesome place to spend our fourth anniversary. Everything was as described in the description given. We were happily surprised by the dual balconies, front and rear. We will absolutely book Casa Rosario again if she will have us!

Beautiful property, very responsive hosts, amazing stay. We felt safe, and had an amazing experience during our Coachella weekend. Homes were walkable distance to each other. We really enjoyed the pools and pool tables. Would recommend for large groups. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful.
