Monthly Rentals in Strawberry Creek

My son and I found our room and the portion of the house leading there to be warmly welcoming, meticulously clean and providing all that we needed. We parked easily, then had ideal walking access to both the university and nearby amenities. We received immediate response to all correspondence, and felt at ease in every respect.

I spent a wonderful week at Patsy's beautiful property. The Northside neighborhood is lovely - comfortable and quiet, but just a five-minute walk to the University of California campus. Patsy was a dedicated communicator, always very helpful to me. I managed the full week with no car, but I did swallow my pride and take an occasional Uber home at the end of a long day. The property is on a steep hill, and my climbing legs are not what they used to be. (To be fair, I saw joggers tackling the hill virtually every morning, and I did get more and more comfortable with it as the week progressed. It certainly gave me a good workout!) Many thanks for a great week in Berkeley!

Always a great stay at Margaret's places, and always great to see Bruk, Binyam and their family. Would highly recommend. Margaret and Bruk are very responsive, the place is close to both UCB campus and Elmwood. Only downside is the slightly lengthy walk to a supermarket (20 mins to a Safeway, 30 to a Trader Joe's), but that doesn't bother me. The place itself is wonderful as usual, and the shower pressure and temperature in this apartment in particular is much better than most in Berkeley area.

We needed a place close to Berkeley campus for six weeks and the location of this apartment could not have been better - it was a 10 minute walk to downtown Berkeley through a pretty residential neighbourhood. We had everything we needed in the apartment, the space was comfortable and we loved sitting out on the deck in the mornings. There is a grocery store and a great bakery 5-10 mins walk away which was super-convenient. Jordie was very friendly and responded to queries immediately. We loved our stay, highly recommended!
