Monthly Rentals in Strathcarron

A great week walking in the Torridon area staying in this lovely traditional Scottish cottage. The cottage sits a mile up the glen from Strathcarron and the local hotel and pub .It was an easy and pleasant walk on a quiet flat single track road . The cottage is in its own ground and very quiet and private with all the amenities you need . The rooms are spacious and the property has been updated well with good Wi-Fi and good kitchen appliances. The scenery around the cottage is beautiful.

Me and my family travelled over to the west coast for The Celtman. Jan met us as we checked in to ensure we knew how everything worked, and also kindly had a basket with biscuits and cakes on the table to make us feel at home. There was also some milk in the fridge to ensure we had what we needed for the first day. There are great views from the living room, and we really enjoyed putting the log fire on, and relaxing on the couch with the great view in the background. The local shop also has almost everything you’d need food and drink wise, all within walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Our favorite stay during our visit to Scotland! I have (exceptionally) high standards, and Sandra’s place was wonderful. Comfortable, extremely clean, and in a gorgeous setting. The bedrooms were very comfortable, and the kitchen and living areas were lovely as well. We had stunning sunsets both nights and wished we’d booked it for a few extra days!
