Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Stratford

This place was AMAZING! A beautiful 3 bedroom house that was absolutely perfect for our weekend stay while attending a family wedding in Mitchell. It was located very close to the church in Stratford as well. It was beautifully decorated, and very clean and comfortable. Our host Kathi went above and beyond, leaving us a welcome basket with snacks and every appliance imaginable at our fingertips. We will definitely be returning here very soon. Thanks!

The Austrian Log House is a little slice of heaven. We enjoyed every minute of our stay, and really hope we will get to go back again someday. The location is peaceful and quiet with beautiful views. The log house was very clean, had everything we needed, super comfortable beds. This place is absolutely stunning!! And our host was super friendly, helpful, and made us feel so welcome. It was a truly magical weekend away at the beautiful Austrian Log House.

My two sisters and I had a wonderful stay in this clean and cozy home. We enjoyed sitting in the breakfast room looking out at the colourful autumn leaves. The home is well located yet quiet and located on a beautiful street close to the river.

The property was wonderfully quiet. We spent Saturday quietly and had a nice cheery fire in the fireplace on Saturday night. It was just the right place for us to have a little getaway.

Great place and close to restaurants and Elora Mill where our family wedding was. Rebecca added so many thoughtful snacks and drinks to welcome us. Would highly recommend!

Amazing stay and a lovely place, tons of amenities! Really close to bus stations and the ION light rail, and very quiet neighborhood. Melody and Fred are also extremely responsive.

If I could Marilyn more than 5 stars I would. This is the nicest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. It felt like staying with family. The neighborhood is quiet. We loved sitting on the front porch and watching the neighborhood dog walkers. It’s a quick walk to the Avon theatre and to the downtown area. We hope to come again next year. I highly recommend this Airbnb if you’re going to Stratford. I was there with my 2 granddaughters and felt safe. Many thanks to Marilyn for helping make our visit unforgettable.

A lovely school house stay with a lot of history. Quiet and peaceful and an easy drive to local cities. Will definitely stay there again if we are in the area. The hosts were very receptive and responsive. You can tell they put there hearts in the renovations they have done. Thanks Kevin and Janet!

Second time I’ve stayed at Kris’ place and it’s always a great visit. The place is clean, comfortable and in the heart of Wortley village. Kris always communicates very well and is eager to make the stay a comfortable and enjoyable one.

Excellent 2 week staff, apartment very well set up with all the kitchen items you could possibly need. Very generous amounts of tea, coffee, sugar, milk etc but also lovely touch of popcorn and the help yourself draw. very clean and a short walk to the park, convenience store, Cafe and bakery. Will definitely stay again when visiting Guelph

This was a spectacular and spacious stay in Elora, perfect for my partner and I while visiting for a wedding at the Elora Mill. Location was so convenient for us that we parked once and didn’t have to take the car out again until we were leaving!

Christine's place was so perfect for our stay in Elora--one of my favorite things was the location as it was just a minute or two walk into downtown and in general is in a very walkable and quiet neighborhood. I loved waking up each morning during my stay and taking a very short walk across the bridge to the local coffee shop, Lost & Found. It was so perfect. Her place was very cozy and was very private. Check in was flexible and easy. It had everything needed to make for a comfortable stay. The couch and the bed were extremely comfortable, it felt so homey, I looked forward to being able to settle down there every evening. I absolutely recommend Christine's place to anyone who wants to stay in Elora!!

Absolutely beautiful! My favourite part was the enclosed porch with the river view, so peaceful. Erin communicated very well through the check-in process and the added details of local attractions and restaurants was very appreciated. To top it off the place was spotless and still felt like home away from home. Highly recommend!

Spacious, very clean, and has all the amenities you need while you are away from home. The location is so quiet and relaxing. Donna and her husband Ernie created a beautiful little oasis attached to their home. Our Hostess were lovely. We highly recommend booking with them if you are looking in Fergus or Elora.

This was such a great last minute stay for my friend’s graduation! Beautiful place and exactly as described. We were grateful for the back parking area because the street it’s on can be quite busy. Thank you so much again! If we are back in London we will be checking for availability here first.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible property of Linda, and I can’t say enough good things about it. The pool and hot tub were truly standout features, offering the perfect setting to relax and unwind, whether it was a sunny afternoon or a cool evening under the stars. The outdoor space is absolutely stunning—spacious, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed to create a serene and inviting atmosphere. There are plenty of seating areas and places to lounge, making it ideal for spending time outdoors, whether you’re enjoying a meal, reading a book, or just soaking up the beautiful surroundings. The interior of the property was just as impressive—clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you might need for a relaxing stay. This property is a true gem, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat!

Great size to host a family for graduation. Nice and open kitchen/living room and the kids did play pool and use the setup downstairs! Every bedroom was spacious and comfortable. Extremely easy arrival/departure instructions too!

Absolutely beautiful house and property, looks exactly like the photos. We used it for our wedding at whistle bear and it’s perfectly set up for such an event. Would 100% recommend. The hosts were also responsive and reasonable

We had a fantastic stay at this property just 20 minutes north of London, Ontario. The location was perfect—close enough to the city for convenience but tucked away enough to enjoy a peaceful retreat. Our group of eight fit comfortably, and the house was exactly what we needed for a relaxing weekend. The kitchen was well-equipped, the bedrooms were clean and cozy, and the spacious backyard was a great bonus for hanging out and enjoying the outdoors. Everything was as described and more. We had no complaints and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-maintained home in a great location.

My family and I had a great stay at Betsy's. There was lots of space for everyone to sleep, play and hang out. The pool and backyard was fantastic for the kids. Kitchen had everything we needed for dishes, pots, pans, knives etc. The location was great. A nice park across the street and we were able to walk downtown. We would definitely stay at Betsy's place again.
