In 2025, the house was lovingly restored with meticulous attention to detail. The result is a true gem situated directly opposite Schleswig-Holstein’s oldest manor estate. In recent years, we have lovingly handcrafted a vacation apartment (60 m2) from the former classroom wing of the "Grot School", where the "groten" (big) students had their classroom. A light-flooded large eat-in kitchen forms the center of the stylish apartment. Centrally but rurally located, 15 minutes by car to the Kiel center, 25 minutes to the beach. The UKSH is within minutes walking distance, the stop "Schauenburgerstr." in approx. 5 minutes. Charming “chapel” in the north German Bullerbü

Our small "chapel" is located on a former farm between the Schlei and the Hüttener Berge Nature Park. Peacefully nestled between meadows, fields and moors lies our unmistakable "mini-village". We have four families with a total of five children as well as a friendly Hovawart dog, four cats, a rooster and two hens. All two- and four-legged animals run around freely on the property, there are no fences or gates.
