Dies ist mit 12 m² nicht sonderlich riesig, dafür strahlt es absolute Gemütlichkeit und hohen Komfort aus! Unser Einzelzimmer beinhaltet einen Sat TV, kostenloses WLAN, Radio, Miniküche (Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster etc), ein Bad mit Dusche und WC. With us, you will find a very nice, individual apartment with a small garden and a wooden terrace to enjoy the sun, the day and the evening. You have a separate entrance and your own garden. We are located in a single-family housing estate in the outskirts of the small town of Barth. Shopping is a 5-minute walk away. Gastronomy is abundant. You can reach the sea in 45 minutes by bike and in 15 minutes by car. Travel time Ferry from the port of Barth to Zingst about 45 minutes.

Die anspruchsvolle 51 m² große, gemütlich eingerichtete Ferienwohnung befindet sich in der Residenz am Strand und bietet Ihnen einen offenen Wohnbereich mit integrierter Küche. Die Küche ist mit allen elektrischen Geräten und Zubehör ausgestattet ist. Das separate Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Doppelbett eingerichtet.

In the evening you can sit comfortably by the fire or read a book on the comfortable couch with a glass of wine. From Groß Markow you can explore the surroundings by bike or by car. The place lies between Lake Kummerow and Lake Teterow. The Baltic Sea can be reached in just an hour.

The charming thatched cottage, on the Koppelstrom, has been available for your vacation since spring 2016. The location of the house is convincing with its fantastic view of Bodden and the adjacent small harbor. But the generous amenities with fireplace and sauna are also impressive. Vacation homes on the Baltic Sea are by no means only interesting in the warm season. "an de waterkant" proves that there are also enough reasons to take a break in the off-season

Deichhof Zingst FeWo 3

The Deichhof Zingst, a holiday idyll on the Darß, between the Baltic Sea and the Bodden. The half-timbered property with its meadows, groves and proximity to the water offers the perfect place to switch off and relax. Children are particularly pleased with the great freedom of movement. Only a few steps across the farm lead to the dike with the inland waters behind it, the Bodden. Here we offer the use of our small harbor for sailors and anglers.

"Kontor" for 2 in the post-socialist manor house

-Winter break from 22 December 25-5 April 26- The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with dilapidated charm for 2 people located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. I acquired the manor house in Kobrow in 2011 with the aim of reviving and thereby preserving a small piece of our country's cultural heritage. ReetTraum - Wellness Suite with Terrace

Our modern apartments in the "ReetTraum", completely newly renovated in 2021, are located in a very central location in the Baltic Sea resort of Prerow. The apartment extends with a spacious offer of about 67 m² and space for up to three people. It is located next to the 2 cozy bedrooms the living area incl. Fireplace "electric" as well as a kitchenette, the steam shower completes it in the bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Quiet apartment with balcony

Our apartment (36 square meters) is suitable for a cozy Baltic Sea vacation, ideal for 2 people. A large balcony with an awning invites you to linger outside. Guest parking is available on the premises. Storage facilities for bicycles are also provided. The windows of the living room and bedroom are equipped with shutters and insect screens. No pets allowed in the apartment. In the high season, we usually only rent by the week.

Ankerplatz 1 in Zingst

Maritime and lovingly furnished non-smoking apartment (first occupancy 06/20) on the second floor of a 5-party Baltic Sea villa, which has three rooms. There are two free parking spaces right in front of the entrance door. 
The location of the apartment is very central, so you can reach the shopping street with shops, restaurants or bakeries in a few minutes on foot. The beach and sea are also within walking distance.

Crooked Kate

The Schiefe Kate is a completely new and lovingly restored small vacation home, which will be rented for the first time starting in summer 2020. The house is centrally located on a street in Wieck and is the ideal starting point for many beautiful tours. A car parking space is located next to the small property, which includes two terraces.
