Our exceptional and very spacious apartment (180 sqm) is located in a refurbished storage in the heart of the old town. It offers ample space for 6 adults. The open ground floor with kitchen, living area, dining area, library, guest toilet and terrace invites you to relax. The upper floor houses 3 large bedrooms, one of them with ensuite bathroom, as well as 1 further bathroom. In two of the bedrooms can be placed a cot or a folding bed for larger children (10 €/ extra bed/ night).

Whether for seasonal workers, vacationers or city travelers, our granny apartment in a quiet & central location can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. The apartment has a separate entrance. The city center is about 2.1 km away, and shopping for everyday needs is very close. For children, there are several playgrounds nearby and the connection to the island of Rügen is also very conveniently located. Not only two-legged friends but also four-legged friends are welcome here.

In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country. My accommodation is located in the beautiful Sellin on the island Rügen, not far from the beaches and the center. Restaurants and food, as well as supermarket, bakers and small shops are directly in front of the door. It is 15 minutes to the famous pier and 10 minutes to the beach.
