Newly built apartment in Stöten, Sälen with sauna, fireplace, barbecue and terrace in a nice sunny location. In summer, it is close to hiking, biking, fishing and berry picking. Trysil, Lindvallen and Rörbäcksnäs are nearby. Fulufjället National Park with Sweden's highest waterfall, Njupeskär waterfall, and nice hiking trails are also nearby and well worth a visit! This homey mountain house accommodates up to 8 people and offers a perfect base for both relaxation and adventure all year round. Here you live close to nature and have easy access to mountain walks and cycling as well as skiing and cross-country skiing. In winter, you can reach the nearest lift to the ski slopes with a short walk, which makes it easy to get out on the slopes directly from the house. For cross-country skiers, the nearest track is only 200 meters away – perfect for an early morning walk.

On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms and a TV room. On the upper floor, there is also a bathroom with shower/toilet adjacent to the bedrooms.
