The living room is bright and nice, with lots of windows. The house also has a new kitchen with almost all the equipment. Dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, air fryer and refrigerator. However, there is NO freezer. Living room with large dining table and 6 chairs. Trip Trap high chair 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a sofa bed, and a baby/weekend bed.

We are close to Rold forest where you can hike or mountain bike, fishing lakes and Øster Hurup with swimming and fishing possibilities. 5 minutes to shopping (3 shops, bakery, tavern and pizzeria) 25 minutes to Aalborg or Randers.

The sand-colored house with one of the city's old renovated gas lamps on the house wall holds plenty of coziness, nooks and crannies and stories.

Enjoy the tranquility and simple life of this peaceful and centrally-located home. The house is about 60 km2 and consists of: small kitchen, living room with 1 bed, bathroom and bedroom on the 1st floor with 3 beds where one can be turned out.
