Idyllic skipper's house in the heart of Marstal

A cozy old, low-ceilinged house with lovely courtyard. Ongoingly modernized. The home contains on the ground floor ; entrance, cozy living room, dining room and kitchen with dishwasher, utility room with washing machine and bathroom with shower. On the 1st floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and good closet space, a smaller room with two single beds, and a bathroom with a toilet, cabinets and sink. You must bring your own bed linen and towels. Everything else is included. Pets are not allowed.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Ganz in Ruhe in einem naturbelassenem Garten unter einer uralten Rotbuche auf einem sanften Hügel. Du siehst vom Haus die Sonne über dem Meer aufgehen und abends die Lichter vom ca 9 km entfernten Ærøskøbing. Diese Perle wird von uns nach und nach renoviert und ist mit viel Liebe einfach, individuell und entspannt eingerichtet.

Deceleration on the island of Ærø

The guest house is located just 300 meters from the Baltic Sea coast with sea views. The farmhouse is furnished for self-catering. The sculpture garden invites you to relax, including a swing and sandbox for your youngest. I'm sure you'll watch the four horses on the paddock. The island is ideal for "slowing down". This certainly contributes to the fact that there is no TV but many books and a lot of nature. Ærø can be explored by bike, walking or on a horse.

Cozy, bright and classic cottage with sea views. There is a nice covered terrace with morning sun overlooking the beach and swimming pier. The garden is nicely enclosed and with a cozy, secluded sun terrace on the west side of the house. From the living room, there is a panoramic view of the water. Two regular bedrooms and the charming bathroom are with shower and underfloor heating. Only 100 meters to the beach and right next to hiking and biking trails.

Enjoy the summer at Stokkebygård in our beautiful cottage with the spacious and lovely garden.  There is a nice kitchen with a dishwasher, a spacious bathroom and two bedrooms. On Ærø, you can relax in the most beautiful nature. There are many opportunities for hiking, biking or swimming. The Øhavs trail passes by the house. There is also one of the best golf courses in Europe on Skjoldnæs, only about 15 minutes' drive from the farm.

You will have the house to yourself, and the house is centrally located in Asserballeskov, in rural surroundings close to Fynshav on Als, with a short distance to good beaches, and sights on the island.
