In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

A small garage serves as a parking space at the house.

The large lime trees offer shade and on weekends you can enjoy a piece of homemade cake in the in-house café. Even after a cooler day in the forest, you can make yourself comfortable by the fireplace.

There is plenty of space to paint and model. The large skylights provide plenty of light during the day, and at night you can see the Milky Way from the sofa bed. In the kitchenette you can prepare a small meal. The underfloor heating in the bathroom makes the stay comfortable.

Time out in the <hanging>

The "Abhanger" (about 20 m2) is on our small Yard behind the barn, on a meadow under trees. A nice bathroom is just a few steps away. Depending on the situation, you’ll be greeted by Oskar the rooster, Leon our friendly but lively Briard, or Gismo the tomcat, and the chickens usually roam freely around the property. On the adjacent pasture, donkeys and goats graze. Here, everyone can get lost in peace, just being here in this place.

Our detached house is located on the southwestern edge of the city centre, near the lake, with swimming opportunities. It is about 5 km to Motorway 24. The bus (city line) stops every 20 minutes on weekdays about 200 metres away. There are no noisy businesses in the residential area. The cycle path network is well developed, and a restaurant is within walking distance, about 250 m away.
