The house is completely newly built and offers a cozy feeling to be able to descend into laps and enjoy a Värmland countryside close to hiking , swimming in the lake large emsen or go for cozy walks along long gravel roads in the countryside . The cabin is conveniently located for those travelling to Norway or alternatively to Stockholm/Gothenburg. Bed linen is available in the wardrobe in the hallway if you wish.

Welcome to this recreational paradise, 100 meters to Lake Värmeln. A complete farm from the 1800s with barn, shed, storage, farmyard and sauna and swimming jetty. The farm is located high up, surrounded by a large courtyard with two furnished patios, lawns, berry bushes, fruit trees. Here you have a wide view of the lake, meadows, forest and the old village of Nussviken. At the private beach, there is a wood-fired sauna, swimming dock, canoe, kayak and rowboat to borrow. For children, there is a swing, sandbox and playhouse.

The house has a large porch and nice plot that stretches around the house and into the Värmland forest. A short bike ride away you will find a grocery store, pizzeria and gas station (about 3 km).
