From the balcony you can watch the deer grazing on the adjacent forest meadow in the morning. In summer, you can walk to the lake in 3 minutes. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. A bright and spacious gallery on the upper floor invites you to relax and linger.

For the door, Berlin is close, other lakes in the vicinity. For dog lovers, the property is not completely fenced.

Within walking distance of the apartment there are bathing spots of Lake Stolzenhagen and Lake Wandlitz, a playground and a restaurant.
