Very elegant /charming cottage on the city border to Neumünster for up to 6 people. Neumünster has a great connection to Hamburg (A7) 40 minutes, Kiel 30 minutes, or the Baltic Sea can also be reached in 40 minutes. An outlet center, the Holstenhallen are super easy to reach about 15 minutes by car. The house has two bedrooms on the upper floor as well as a sofa bed in the living room. There is of course WiFi/Netflix!! In the house. The small cottage has a small sitting area with a beach chair.

Enjoy a good time at the "Lüttenhuus" in Preetz/Holstein Switzerland near lakes and the Baltic Sea beach! In October 2021, a detached house centrally located in Neumünster was renovated. The outlet center is only 3 minutes away. In about 40 minutes, you can reach Hamburg via the A7 or Kiel in 30 minutes. In addition, the North Sea and the Baltic Sea are within easy reach. Whether Hansa Park, Heide Park or Legoland in Billund, they are always worth a trip from here. Our house has 4 bedrooms and an extra sofa bed. It can accommodate 6 - 8 people. Wi-Fi + Netflix provided. Terrace + outdoor fireplace.

Holiday home on a large plot

Start by bike or on foot from the house or go canoeing on Lake Plön. At the house you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the 3 secluded terraces on the natural property. The large property, which is fenced off towards the street, offers opportunities to play outdoor games or to relax. In the evening you can spend time together in front of the fireplace. Living / dining room are separate. The property is NOT a lake property, the walk to the lake takes 5 minutes right through our small village.

The cozy summer cottage is located directly on the lake and is located on the same approx. 3500 m² property as our house (approx. 45 m away). At the end of the cul-de-sac, it is very quiet, surrounded by nature. It is practically and comfortably furnished, with everything your heart desires and offers accommodation for 2 people, possibly with a child. The sofa in the living room can be used as a sofa bed if necessary. Ideal for couples, friends, a small family or all alone.

Lakeside house

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. The house is located directly on the lake and thus also has its own lake access as well as jetty. It can also be bathed from the property. Jump into the water. The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms and a sauna. As well as large living area and kitchen. Smart TV and 290Mbit Internet. On the terrace you can relax and look out on the lake. Bicycles can be rented to explore the surroundings.
