Welcome to our cottage in Mönkebude – Mönke's Kate und Meer – on the Szczecin Lagoon of the Baltic Sea Our listed cottage by the sea is at your disposal for your relaxation. The cottage was built around 1850 as an extension for the former large barn house of a fishing family from Mönkebude and was used for living until around 1982. Today, our guests relax between the old half-timbered walls made of bricks, clay-plastered walls and under the beautiful thatched roof on about 80 square meters of living space.

1500 sqm of private land away from the hustle and bustle, you will feel the magic of silence and comfort. Our 142 sqm house offers 4 independent bedrooms, a spacious living room with kitchen, two bathrooms and two charming terraces. The house was designed in the modern farmhouse style. You can spend cool evenings in our sauna, and hot days will become pleasantly refreshing thanks to the air conditioning that is in every room. It's more than a home - it's an oasis of peace, good taste and comfort. Welcome!

Next to an old rectory, we have individually expanded a small side room for us, for friends and guests. Some things are modern, others still have the charm of past times. Much seems to us to be coherent, some is still in the making. So nothing is standard. What we have not yet considered and is useful for guests can usually be quickly supplemented. The cottage is surrounded by a natural garden on the edge of the field, so it is located in a small, agriculturally active village.

A temporary home: our renovated bright 2-room apartment in the heart of Greifswald. Each apartment honors a regional personality. Centrally and quietly located, it can accommodate up to 4 people. The marketplace, the Pomeranian State Museum and the museum harbor are just a few steps away. There is a charging station for electric cars right outside the door. Modernly equipped with Wi-Fi, TV and kitchen. In the house: Restaurant & Café Lichtblick (closed on Sundays).

Spend time with your loved ones in this family-friendly accommodation. The house, with its three bedrooms, can ideally accommodate up to 6 adults and 4 children. Thanks to an extra bed in the gallery on the upper floor, it would be possible to accommodate 2 more people. Only 300 m from the vacation home, the beach of the Lubmin seaside resort beckons and offers wonderful relaxation away from mass tourism. Here your children can play and swim in the shallow water.
