Great big apartment 2 minutes from the beach, everything picobello, highly recommended

It's fantastically beautiful there. The garden surrounding the house is more like a lovingly landscaped park with many old trees, seating areas and eye-catchers. All around, only fields, forest and tranquility. The place is just as beautiful as the photos and very clean. The hosts are nice. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful place in the middle of beautiful nature and tranquility!

The apartment is very nice and modern and you are within 10-15 minutes walk to the beach and there are also shopping facilities everywhere. The check-in was also great via a key box. We were also provided with two bicycles free of charge by Łukasz. So, if you are looking for a small, charming apartment for a short trip to Świnoujście, you will definitely find it here.

Everything is great, as already described by others. Jürgen, who was there for the key handover and kindly showed us everything, was happy to know our exact arrival time. We then solved this with live location on the trip, which was the easiest thing for both him and us in the end.

Located in a pretty house, the property is very welcoming, well equipped, spacious and bright. There were four of us (3 adults and 1 toddler) and we had a wonderful time. The surroundings are beautiful and invite you to stroll (among many lilac trees), the nearby lake is very idyllic and can be reached on foot via a beautiful path. Daniel is a very attentive host, we felt very welcome. Thank you!

We (two adults + two children 4 and 5 years) felt very comfortable in Bernd's Achterkajüte! You can tell - in a positive sense! - that a private landlord is at work here, who cares about the well-being of his guests and the condition of his holiday property! From the very friendly welcome to the impeccable apartment (well photographed, according to the photos), the use of the spacious garden for kicking with the children, the family-friendly environment in Loddin with delicious restaurant (recommendation: Kikis boat rental & restaurant in Loddin), the good location on Usedom... We spent four very relaxing days in Loddin. Line is a very caring hostess and has supported us with many tips at all times. We were even able to determine our checkout ourselves and did not have to rush. The apartment looked exactly like the photos and was spotless. We did not use the magnificent garden due to the still cool temperatures.

Eva's apartment is very clean and friendly, the electrical appliances in the kitchen are high quality, the dishes and cutlery are sufficient. The furnishings of the accommodation are fine and you can also sit in the garden as well as in the beach chair, which is not far from the accommodation. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

the Küsselhof is a beautiful place to enjoy the time in nature. mega beautiful interior - we liked to use the great kitchen including record player. the surroundings are wonderfully quiet, you are surrounded by fields and not far away you will find forests for walking and good restaurants. it was a very nice weekend with you and you were great hosts. thank you and see you next time! :)

We stayed at Villa Groth for a week in March. We enjoyed both the location and the apartment with amenities and ambience very much. In any case recommended!

We felt right at home. The apartment was very clean, tasteful and cozy. We lacked nothing. We spontaneously extended one night. We will definitely be coming back.

The accommodation is brand new everything modern. unfortunately a little outside 7 km out of Swinemünde and ferry crossing (free) necessary. but very quiet. unfortunately only a small shop nearby but almost everything offers until 21:00.

Tomasz and his family were very friendly and accommodating. The accommodation itself was really great and you had everything you needed. Within 20 minutes you were on the beach or in the centre, which is why we only needed the car for a trip outside of Swinemünde. A Lidl can be reached on foot within 5 minutes. We can really recommend the accommodation - far away from the mass tourism on the beach ;) Thanks a lot! :)

A beautiful view from the window is the deciding factor. Bonuses in the form of a panorama, a pool is great. I recommend it to everyone.

We had a wonderful stay! The atmosphere in the accommodation was very pleasant – cozy, stylish and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The wellness area was a great extra and perfectly rounded off the stay. The view from the apartment was also particularly beautiful – just to feel good. We had a nice holiday in the apartment, which we used as a starting point for bike tours. The kitchen is adequately equipped and everything was very clean. The swimming pool and the hot tub were great. The bed is very comfortable and the west-facing balcony is very nice, overlooking the small marina. I'm sure we'll be back! Thanks

Renata's accommodation was simply breathtaking. There were four of us and we felt completely comfortable. An absolute highlight was of course the 360-degree roof terrace and the whirlpool. The apartment was very clean and equipped with everything you need. Communication with Renata was very straightforward and fast. We had a fantastic stay and would be happy to come back.

We had an all-around perfect stay! The place was super equipped – there was really nothing missing. Everything was modern, clean and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The spa area was particularly great, which made our stay even more relaxing. The newly opened kiosk in the lower part of the building was ideal for a few snacks, a quick dinner or even for fresh, daily rolls in the morning. The location is ideal for exploring the surroundings, and thanks to the great communication from start to finish, we felt well taken care of at all times. The hosts Danuta & Jens are super friendly and also provided us with current and personal excursion tips as well as great restaurant recommendations. We would come back anytime – highly recommended! Felt like home – thanks to Christoph's perfect organisation! What a stroke of luck! The apartment is optimally located near the beach and has a very nice view.
