We can highly recommend Mona’s sweet cabin on the farm property if you are looking for a place to just unwind and relax. The cabin is super cozy and comfortable, also for a rainy day. In the surroundings we really enjoyed watching wild animals, walks and sitting at the lake. The evenings were great for sitting at the fire. And Mona and Matthias were super welcoming hosts! Also, I loved hanging out with their cat 😊

Absolutely amazing place! It’s a fantastic house, huge and spacious, very clean and has everything you’ll need. Great private location, the kids loved running around on the grass and parents could relax knowing no cars would go past. Loved the private beach. The two bathrooms were great for so many guests. Angelica was an excellent host and so accomodating and helpful.

Hatt en avslappende og koselig helg med kjæreste og tenåringsbarn samt en liten supersliten hund 😅🥰. Startet med en fin kveld rundt bålet i gapahuken ved vannet og nytet roen som kvelden ga sammen med litt vin og smores 😋 Grillet pølser til lunsj ved den andre bålpanna og hatt koselig familietid med taco og brettspill 😍. Søndagen ble avsluttet med en tur på vannet med robåten og kjæresten fikk ro for første gang 🤪. Vi har virkelig nytet stillheten og mørket som natta ga og dette var akkurat det vi trengte i en hektisk hverdag 🥰. Anbefales! Dessuten utrolig service fra Linda med familie, det finner man faktisk ikke overalt! Hilsen fra Lillestrøm ☺️

Vi har haft nogle super dejlige dage i denne hytte. Det var så dejlig afslappende og skønt. Der var rent og pænt og mange gode muligheder som brændeovn og varmepumpe. Vi lånte et mobilt bålsted, så vi kunne lave mad over bål og hygge om aftenen. Karin var god til at guide os til fiske steder og hjalp med at finde orm. Karina tog rigtig godt imod os og vi håber på at kunne komme tilbage engang.

We stayed one night on our Way to the mountains. Calm and nice, great instructions and the cabins were heated when we arrived. Note that there is 3 beds in the larger cabin and 2 in the small.

We hebben een geweldige kerstvakantie gehad! Er stond een prachtige kerstboom en het huis was leuk gedecoreerd voor de kerst. Fijne bedden, heerlijke douche en het huis is zeer compleet en goed warm te stoken. Het huis voelt niet als een vakantiehuis maar als een echt woning. Het staat dicht langs de weg maar daar heb je totaal geen last van, de weg is erg rustig. Communicatie verliep soepel en snel.

This place is called ‘forest escape’ and it is exactly that: a beautiful and modern cabin in the middle of the woods. Handmade by the very friendly owners. There is a large home around 30 meters from the cabin, where you can cook and sit, have a hot shower or watch tv. There is also a really good coffee machine with free coffee the whole day! The cabin is private with a view on the woods, and there is a fire place outside and even an outdoor shower. The interior is so nicely decorated with sheep skin and a fireplace, really fits this place. In the main house is a mini shop so you can even take some handmade wooden souvenirs home. Maria, the host, gave us good tips to go and see in the area and she can be reached when you have questions or wishes. Dogs are welcome but not in the service house, in consideration of other guests. We’ve experienced that dogs aren’t allowed in shops or cafes in Torsby. Källberg Forest Escape is a fantastic place for nature lovers! 🌲

Ein süßes Haus, absolut sauber und bestmöglich ausgestattet in phantastischer Lage in absoluter Ruhe direkt am See. Ingrid ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Sie ist sehr freundlich, denkt mit und ist unglaublich engagiert alle Wünsche zu erfüllen.
