The Annexe is located in the picturesque village of Carlton-in-Cleveland, which is in the North Yorkshire Moors National Park and this is an ideal location for a couple who enjoy the countryside for relaxing, sightseeing, walking or cycling.

Very special, cosy, really tiny ,stone cottage nestled in the North Yorkshire Moors National Park near Whitby. The Nest has a Log burner, central heating, WIFI,smart TV, Egyptian linen and twinkling fairy lights ,. Walks onto the moors from the front door , seating area outside to watch the sun go down with a large glass of wine, welcoming family pub across the road, Co-op, and fine dining pub also in the village. Train station to Whitby from the village. We welcome two dogs at the Nest.

A great place to stay if you want a perfect base for exploring the NY Moors and beyond. The quirky house was once a printers in the late 1700's and has been restored to create a fun place to stay in the middle of Stokesley. The house has been sympathetically decorated and furnished to reflect its heritage, with a beautiful collection of traditional, upcycled and vintage inspired furniture to support independent, local businesses. We are dog friendly. Outside we have a secure, seated courtyard. Stokesley and the local area hosts all manner of restaurants and cafes, many of which are dog-friendly.

Maltkiln House Annex is the perfect getaway for two people who love to be in the countryside. You can enjoy uninterrupted views sitting at the bottom of the garden which is your own space. The Annex dates back to the 16th century and is full of charm. You can walk from our Annex straight up onto the Cleveland way where you can walk or bike for miles. Our Annex is a popular stop off for people walking the coast to coast. We are also very close to some great pubs and restaurants.

Riverside Guest Annexe

Riverside guest annexe is in a secluded garden but is within 50m of Waterfall Park and Great Ayton High Green, with its shops, pubs, cafes, take-aways and Tourist Information. The annexe is attached to our house, but has its own entrance, patio, garden area and parking space. We can accommodate 2 adults comfortably, plus a third adult or up to 2 children on our pull-out and/or sofa bed. We provide bedding, towels and toiletries. No smoking or pets are permitted in the annexe.

This modern yet cosy self contained open plan annexe is perfect if you want to enjoy what Yarm has to offer. It’s a short 0.4 mile walk to the heart of the high street which is filled with boutique shops, restaurants, cafes & bars – it’s easy to see why it was named the winner of the 2020 Rising Star award at the Great British High Street Awards. Plenty of off-street secure parking also available at the property.
