Flint Cottage Hindringham close to N Norfolk coast

Flint is 3.7 miles from the sea on a quiet country lane with far reaching rural views. Our 2 story annexe is attached to the far end of our 1795 flint cottage. Private, peaceful, characterful & cosy with all the modern fixtures for short/long stay. A comfortable super king bed or made up as twin single beds. Suitable for babies and I have a child camp bed. Fully equipped kitchen great for home cooking. Open plan kitchen/living room, doors opening out to private patio, spacious free parking.

The Annex , is a self contained extension of our home that’s clutter free with you in mind . With a pretty outside area & your own , off road parking space , seconds from the award winning Georgian High Street of Holt , with its pubs , shops & eateries .By car the coast road takes you to famous Cley with its windmill or Blakeney Point where the seals live , & beyond . Perfect to explore the coast & country side . Keen bird watches may be exited to learn that Toby’s uncle was Eric Hosking !

Birdwatchers Retreat in Cley: annexe for one guest

Enjoy a relaxing stay half a mile from Cley Marshes (Norfolk Wildlife Trust) visitor centre and a mile from the sea. It is an ideal location for bird watchers, walkers and cyclists. This warm and comfortable well presented modern refurbished small annexe (one guest only) benefits from en-suite shower room, independent access, outside seating area/patio and secure parking on site. The Doll's House, traditional cosy cottage

The Dolls House is a traditional Norfolk cottage dating from around 1880. The space has been completely renovated with all the luxuries you will need for a cosy getaway. The traditional features of the cottage; exposed brickwork, double ended woodburner and winding staircase mix perfectly with the brand new fitted kitchen, electric shower and super cosy beds. Nestled in the heart of historic Holt, you are perfectly located to explore the array of shops, restaurants and cafes on offer.

"BIDDY" Shepherdshut & Hot tub at Old King William

You will find all that’s needed to take the stress away from your stay. A king-sized bed, with luxurious 400 TC Egyptian cotton bedding. There is a fully equipped kitchenette with a butler sink, convection hob, toaster, kettle and microwave. You will have your own personal fire pit by your door and a wood burner inside the hut. Stone Cottage, Secret Garden Separate Entrance

Self contained with a private entrance to the Atrium containing breakfast table and chairs then in to a small double bedroom en-suite shower room with TV and free Wi-Fi plus a small fridge, overlooking the garden, in a quite road, 5 minutes from Holt. Showman's Wagon in Cottage Garden

Romantic 'gypsy' style showman's wagon (c. 1920) in idyllic cottage garden with wonderful birdsong and views of a medieval church. It was recently renovated with electricity, basic kitchen and has use of a private bathroom attached to the cottage as well as a piece of garden with outside seating and fire bowl. The Wagon is available in the summer months only - from Easter to mid September.

Chapel Piece Norfolk self-contained studio

Chapel Piece offers a lovely spacious well equipped self contained studio with a self serve breakfast supplied in your own kitchen along with a lounging area where you can relax on your sofa of an evening. You have your own entrance to come and go as you wish coming through our lovely garden. We are available if you need any information, we will greet you on arrival .

The Space is a slice of 60s modernism with high angled ceilings and wooden interiors looking out onto a courtyard garden with a view of a meadow and orchard beyond. It is a calm and secluded retreat with log burner and underfloor heating resonant of the Scandi ‘hygge’ feel and within striking distance of the North Norfolk heritage coast and its pretty villages.
