Die Wohnung liegt nur wenige Minuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt und ist hervorragend an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr angebunden. Zu Fuß dauert es 12 Min. zum Bahnhof. Auch der wunderschöne Bodensee ist in kurzer Zeit mit dem Auto erreichbar - perfekt für Tagesausflüge nach Radolfzell, Konstanz, Meersburg und Insel Mainau.

Our nice 25 sqm room with bathrooom is located in a little village with green and quiet environment. If it's clear you can see the alps from the garden. You will have your own entrance. In 1 km distance you can find a supermarket and a restaurant in the main village of the community. You can reach sites of interrest at the lake of constance like Überlingen (18km) or Konstanz (42km) and Bodman-Ludwigshafen (11km). A nice little public pool (Naturbad) is very close, only some minutes to walk.

Dear guests, this dreamlike flat (90m²) is located about 100m from the Beach and Yacht harbour and offers a magnificent view over the lake and its breathtaking sunsets. A separate children's room with pull-out bed and a WC with a spacious shower complete the offer.

Wi-Fi is available. The separate bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160 x200). In the spacious bathroom there is a shower and toilet. The floors are tiled and covered with real wood laminate in the bedroom. All rooms with windows and shutters.

Our apartment impresses with its wonderful location not far from the lake. It is high quality and comfortably furnished, quietly located overlooking the beautiful garden. In just 5 minutes, you can walk to the lake and go swimming directly in the lido. It is also close to the beautiful old town of Überlingen. It is about 20 minutes on foot. A bus runs at your doorstep. Parking is free on the quiet residential street.
