Our nice 25 sqm room with bathrooom is located in a little village with green and quiet environment. If it's clear you can see the alps from the garden. You will have your own entrance. In 1 km distance you can find a supermarket and a restaurant in the main village of the community. You can reach sites of interrest at the lake of constance like Überlingen (18km) or Konstanz (42km) and Bodman-Ludwigshafen (11km). A nice little public pool (Naturbad) is very close, only some minutes to walk.

The beautiful Lake Constance can also be reached in a short time by car - perfect for day trips to Radolfzell, Konstanz, Meersburg and the island of Mainau.

The floors are tiled and covered with real wood laminate in the bedroom. All rooms with windows and shutters.
