Spülmaschine, E-Herd mit Backofen, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach und Kaffeemaschine); großem Wohnzimmer mit TV und einer Essecke und einem überdachten Balkon; großem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Einzelbett (bei Bedarf auch ein Babyreisebett); kleinem Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC. Big and cosy room 11 km from the lake of constance

Our nice 25 sqm room with bathrooom is located in a little village with green and quiet environment. If it's clear you can see the alps from the garden. You will have your own entrance. In 1 km distance you can find a supermarket and a restaurant in the main village of the community. You can reach sites of interrest at the lake of constance like Überlingen (18km) or Konstanz (42km) and Bodman-Ludwigshafen (11km). A nice little public pool (Naturbad) is very close, only some minutes to walk.

Wohnung Nähe Donautal, Bodensee, Schwäbische Alb

Die Ferienwohnung ist bei uns im Erdgeschoss. Sie ist einfach und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Alle Räume haben Tageslichtfenster. In der Wohnung und auf der Terrasse hast du absolute Ruhe. An den renaturierten Baggerseen und in den umliegenden Wäldern kannst du spazieren gehen. Die Baggerseen sind teilweise zu großzügigen naturnahen Strandbädern umfunktioniert. Direkt am Haus führt ein Radweg vorbei. Oberes Donautal, Bodensee und Schwäbische Alb sind zwischen 10 und 30 Autominuten entfernt.

100m to the lake: Beautiful flat with lake view

Dear guests, this dreamlike flat (90m²) is located about 100m from the Beach and Yacht harbour and offers a magnificent view over the lake and its breathtaking sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. Want to take a quick dip? No problem! The famous 'Blütenweg' and Lake Constance cycle path are in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants, railway station and boat landing stage, an organic bakery/butcher and a small shop as well.

Little flat in the countryside

The apartment is on the ground floor of an old farmhouse, newly renovated and modernly equipped. Excellently located, between the Black Forest, Lake Constance and Alb. Ideal for 2 people. Living-bedroom with sitting area and double bed, blackout blinds. Fully equipped kitchen: Senseo coffee machine... Daylight bathroom with rainforest shower. The apartment is self-contained, we live upstairs and use the same entrance. The apartment is pet-free, but our cat lives in the house and garden.

Ruhige Ferienwohnung zur Entspannung

Die Einliegerwohnung befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Lage ohne Durchgangsverkehr am Waldrand. Die Umgebung lädt zu ausgiebigen Spaziergängen, Radtouren oder Wanderungen ein. Die Wohnung hat ca. 40qm Wohnfläche und verfügt über einen separaten Eingang, sowie auch eine Terrasse mit Blick auf den Teich. Überlingen am Bodensee ist in ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Der nächstgelegene Badesee Illmensee oder Pfullendorf ist ebenfalls in ca. 20 Minuten zu erreichen.

Modernly furnished, bright, sunny and 75 m² large: Our three-room apartment on the first floor of our four-family house offers a lot of space for holiday dreams. A large open-plan kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer as well as TV and WLAN offer all comfort. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed (box spring) and has its own terrace access. A separate children's room with pull-out bed and a WC with a spacious shower complete the offer.

Haus 1820 (EG)

Dies ist die Erdgeschosswohnung (EG) in unserem schön gelegenen Haus in Tengen. Der Bau aus dem Jahr 1820 ist als erhaltenswertes Gebäude im Ensemble der Altstadt eingestuft. Die Bauweise in massivem Bruchstein gibt dem Haus eine wunderbare Atmosphäre; Dank der Lage am Stadtgraben hat man einen offenen Blick nach Süden. Weitere Wohnung im Obergeschoss: dem Erdgeschoss vermieten wir seit Kurzem auch die separate Wohnung im 1. Stock über Airbnb.

Seezeit

Die im Frühjahr 2018 fertiggestellte Ferienwohnung erreichen Sie über einen außenliegenden Holztreppenaufgang. Nun steht einer erholsamen "Seezeit" nichts mehr im Wege. Mit einem Schlafzimmer, offenem Wohn- und Esszimmer, Bad, Küche sowie zwei Balkonen mit toller Seesicht bietet die Ferienwohnung einen optimalen Rückzugsort für einen tollen Urlaub.
