everything was perfect. the road to the guesthouse is a bit tricky and narrow, but that's it 👍

We stayed with friends for a week in the fantastic villa, we liked it very much and everything was great 🤩 Patrik and his wife are super nice and always helped us very quickly. There was nothing to complain about at all, we had a particularly great time here. The pool was perfect for the end of September with pool heating and was 29 degrees 😍 otherwise we also very much liked going to the sauna and the hot tub. Everything was super clean and a perfectly equipped kitchen also left nothing to be desired. We would love to come back. We visited with our dog for a week. The accommodation is nicely decorated and lacks nothing. The highlight is the garden. Beautiful pool, loungers, lawn, trees and the barbecue. The village itself is quite quiet, but there are some restaurants. If you want to do something, you can simply drive to the neighbouring town. We will be happy to come back!

It was a pleasure to stay in Robert's villa! Everything was good and the communication with Robert was very good and flexible. Robert was very flexible with the arrive and departure time for us, we really appriciate that! If we needed him, he responded quick and gave us enough options for activities and restaurants.

IT was a really nice experience!!!! A beauifull Pool and a great area for chill and come down. A little bit far away from the Hot spots ,You always need a Car. All together: A good advice!

We had a great time at Alisa’s place. The house, the garden as well as the pool are very nice and comfortable. Alisa was easy to reach and had great recommendations for us (e.g. beaches, restaurants).

My family (my wife and 3 adult offspring) had the most amazing time at Villa Sonja. The villa was so comfortable and welcoming. Truly a home from home experience. So many amenities we wanted for nothing. Ivan was so helpful. We had a thorough tour of the gated property. There was an Istrian platter of meats and cheese plus basic essentials upon arrival (including beer!). Ivan also surprised us with a birthday cake for my children’s birthdays that fell on the Mon and Weds. Delicious! Ivan also arranged a sunset boat ride for us through his contacts in the tourism office. 5 mins walk to the beach. 8 mins walk to the centre. Pool and table tennis in the games room were used every day. Outdoor pool and kitchen/bbq were fantastic.

This was by far the best Airbnb experience I’ve had. Everything was absolutely perfect: the house, the host, the location. The house is furnished with such an incredible attention to detail. The swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna are astonishing. This house is the sort of place that keeps you happy whatever the weather is. David and his family are the best hosts you could imagine. Super kind and positive, always responsive, attentive to our needs (we asked for three beds and highchairs for our babies and we found them in the house when we arrived), full of recommendations for restaurants, things to see, where to park and much more. David even met us in Vrsar to show us his recommended tour of the town and restaurant. The location of the house is also very convenient if you’re going to move around by car. All the areas of interest are within a 30/50 min ride. Thanks so much David and your family for your incredible hospitality. We’ll recommend this place to our friends and family!

our family had a wonderful stay at Villa Caltha. It is a beautiful property with a great outdoor space overlooking the countryside. everything exceeded our expectations! the town of Sveti Lovrec is a hidden gem, with a great pizzeria and several caffe bars. easy access to Rovinj, Motovun and more. highly recommend!

We had a great stay, we used the rental car to get around Croatia and to Italy. Short distance to Pula and to everything you need. The house was very neat and tidy, great service and easy to communicate with the landlord's representatives.

Probably our favorite accommodation ever! We stayed as a family of four, which included a toddler. The home was perfectly set up for our family and we thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor space. The host was very responsive and very friendly. Immaculately clean and tidy.

Simply perfect. From booking to checkout. Rarely have I found such a positive experience while travelling. Even more beautiful and larger in real life than in the pictures. Marina was super responsive and quick to respond. When we get back to Istria, there's only one AirBnB for us.

We were very pleased with the accommodation. The villa offers pretty much everything you need. The cleaning lady did a very good job the place was very clean and tidy when we arrived. The pool is just great. My kids had almost more fun by the pool than in the sea😆. There are plenty of dishes etc. of everything. Of course, the modern villa also installed an air conditioner in every room, so we didn't have to sweat. I have been visiting the region for years but honestly say we found nothing comparable in quality until now. The house is perfect and we will definitely be back.

We had a very nice week in the great house! The house looks like the photos, the size was ideal for us as a family of four. The rooms are well laid out and very well equipped, we also enjoyed the outdoor area with pool and loungers. The pool is unheated and was of course still really fresh in April, which still didn't stop our children from swimming. Ranko and Silva were always available when we had questions. Till was the possibility of late check out for us to take the trip home more relaxed. The location of the house is good, in our experience you already need a car to reach everything quickly. We enjoyed our stay very much and we would definitely book the house again if we go to Pula!

We had a very nice vacation. There was nothing wrong with the accommodation itself. A beautiful, spacious villa that has kept what was promised - with many entertainment options (pool, billiards, table tennis,...). Ines was an excellent host ...friendly, helpful, always reachable and gave us some valuable excursion and restaurant tips. The only downside was the adjacent main road, with sometimes stronger traffic noise. Paths could hardly be covered on foot, due to traffic... but by car this was no problem and everything was easily accessible! There were ample shops, beaches, restaurants nearby. Thanks for the wonderful time in Pula/Farzana!

The place is perfect. Can’t say anything negative about it or the hosts. Everything easily accessible, nothing is too far away at all. Lovely quiet location. The villa is 5 star. It’s huge, pristine and the pool is so so clean. Games room for the kids and trampoline. All mod cons through out and all the rooms were immaculate. Can’t fault it at all, thanks so much for a lovely stay

This villa was a really nice place to relax and watch the sunsets at the pool :) Also the living spaces, kitchen and outdoor cooking area were excellent. We can really recommend staying here and enjoy the quiet surrounding nature. Thanks for hosting us :)

The accommodation is exactly as described and is exactly as shown in the photos – absolutely authentic! The villa is modern, very clean, well maintained and well equipped. We really lacked nothing and felt completely comfortable from the first moment. The location is very quiet and perfect for relaxing days. Darko and his brother Dragan were extremely courteous, helpful and likeable – a big thank you to the two of them! We can recommend this home without restrictions.

We had a fantastic time, the house, pool and internet was great. Davide is very friendly and answers quickly to all questions. We recommend this house, and will book Davides accommodation again when we travel again to Croatia. We travelled with our dog, the garden is fenced and perfect for a dog.
