A newly built house in the countryside, large apartment upper floor of 140 sqm with open floor plan. The house is located on a farm with the forest behind the corner and a large garden with lawn. The apartment has all the amenities such as fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with toilet/shower and washing machine. 4 beds (double bed+sofa bed) If there are more of you in the group, there is room for an inflatable mattress or a cot that you bring with you. Near the accommodation, there is a windbreak with a barbecue area by a pond. A wood-fired natural sauna can be rented for an additional 500 SEK.

Or why not take a paddle tour or boat trip in the Baltic Sea/Ellenösjön – canoes/kayaks are available to borrow. There are also plenty of wild animals such as elk, deer, deer and wild boar in the nearby area.

Villa Holmen offers quiet accommodation close to nature, perfect for families and for those seeking relaxation and outdoor activities. The house is child-friendly and situated in a secluded location close to the lake and nature. A boat is available to borrow at no extra cost during your stay (please let us know in advance).
