Our small and comfortable apartment has just been renovated after long-term rental, and is now waiting for nice guests who want to relax in it and especially in our beautiful nature on the edge of the southern Harz. The apartment itself is barrier-free. The path from the parking lot on the property to the house entrance door leads over paved areas with slight transverse slopes.

The upstairs apartment has one bedroom and a living area with a full kitchen and dishwasher. In the bedroom there is a double bed and a wardrobe with ample storage space. In the living room, the apartment also has an electric fireplace.

Our 42 m² apartment is located in the attic of our house. It is very bright and friendly. A bedroom, a living room with dining area and cozy couch, a kitchen and a bathroom with tub, toilet and washing area are available. There is also a roof terrace in front of the living room.
