Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Stichtse Vecht

The house was so peaceful and not so far away from Amsterdam. We really loved it thank you Alida!

We had a great stay at this accommodation in Vinkeveen. The apartment is even more spacious and bright than the photos showed. The decoration is neat, the sofa and bedding very comfortable. The accommodation is very well equipped: functional kitchen, nice bathroom with bathtub, washing machine, dryer, linen provided, etc. Everything is designed for a comfortable stay, whether for a few days or longer. The real plus is the private terrace overlooking the water. A beautiful place to have coffee in the morning or a drink in the evening at sunset. The neighborhood is quiet, perfect for relaxing, and Amsterdam is easily accessible in 15 minutes by car, allowing you to enjoy the city while staying in a quieter setting. Frederique is a responsive and welcoming host. I would definitely recommend this place and will not hesitate to come back.

Booked this for my parents. I was looking for something without stairs and parking, close to the city and easy to visit outside of the city. This fit all of the requirements, and the hosts were absolutely fantastic in accommodating their needs. I hear they have an amazing restaurant onsite. If my travels bring me to Amsterdam I’m definitely staying here!

The accommodation is surrounded by nature between the meadows and a canal with mills! Access may surprise the first time because it is a very narrow road but traffic is low so we don't cross too many cars! The children watched the storks that had made their nest just above the accommodation, it was a nice surprise. It was a very quiet and relaxing place.

We had four great days in the accommodation (three of us). The location of the accommodation is excellent, in a busy area and yet somewhat secluded, as it is above the harbour basin. The view from the roof terrace is super beautiful in the morning, as well as in the evening. Spacious apartment with space. In the kitchen block, a few things are missing (cutting board, sieve) and there is no real oven, only a large multifunctional device with grill function and microwave. The excursion destinations are super diverse and there is something for everyone (sporting activities on the water and outside), trips to Amsterdam or Utrecht, bike tours, museums... Catherine or the colleagues from the port office are always available during the day if you have any questions. Note: The accommodation can only be reached via an external spiral staircase. It was such a great accommodation and an indescribably beautiful location. The owner welcomed us so warmly and explained everything to us. The apartment was nice and super clean.Everything was uncomplicated. Thanks for that great experience:)

Upon arrival, it was unclear where to park, the area was closed to residents with a card. Random passerby could help us. (park along the street and definitely pay for parking ticket 3.5€ /24h.) The apartment was very nice and spacious, large terrace with beautiful views, large bedrooms, clean bathroom and kitchen. It was also very quiet during our stay. Easily accessible from the village centre and from Utrecht. We had a very enjoyable stay. We also had a nice meal in 'het boothuys', a restaurant 200m from the app.

If you’re looking for a quiet and welcoming place to stay, this is the perfect spot. The four of us really enjoyed our time here. Peter-Jan gave us a warm welcome upon arrival and shared some helpful tips. While the routes along the canals make the journeys a bit longer, the travel time to Utrecht or Amsterdam is absolutely reasonable. We’d be happy to come back!

Vreeland. Entirely unexpected - this is one beautiful spot on earth. Highly recommend.

We arrived to meet our host. He showed us where things were, supplying us with everything we might need in the first day. (When you arrive late in the day grocery shopping isn’t always an option). A nice bottle o wine to relax with. We could walk to the train station and the grocery store so we could easily use this as a home base without needing to rent a car (we didn’t want to drive on the narrow roads when visiting family). The train strike made the last day a bit more of a challenge, but not insurmountable (our host has no control over the railway). It was the perfect retreat for us after a day touring or a day spent visiting relatives scattered through Zuid Holland and Utrecht. Thank you Rens and Rachel for being so welcoming and making our stay enjoyable. We hope to come back in the future.

Our week end at Mickey’s was very nice. The house is very spacious and peaceful. We loved the big windows and the garden. We also enjoyed some trips to Amsterdam even if it is better to go by car rather than with public transport which are longer. The rooms and bathrooms were perfect (we were a group of 8 friends including 2 couples). Mickey was even available on during the week in case we needed some help or just to answer to our questions. There is a supermarket really close to the house (5 min by walk) which is also really helpful!

The house was very well equipped for a family gathering. The kitchen was great for preparing family meals. We were 8 for part of our stay and the large dining room and lounge were ideal for our group. You do need a car or bike to get into Abcoude. Frustratingly parking in Abcoude is not good with 2 hour time limit so bit of a hassle to go to Amsterdam by train as required parking quite a distance from the station and walking but we figured a way that worked for us. The little restaurant next door is busy particularly at weekends but is handy for a bite to eat or a drink. The house has a lovely countryside setting which suited us but does come with drawbacks for example the WiFi isn’t great and the abundant bird life can be ‘messy’ but that’s nature😊 Would definitely stay again.

We felt right at home in Irene and Maurice's house, it was very well laid out, nicely and comfortably furnished. The large windows and the beautiful view were a highlight for us! We were also very pleased with the many tips and information from Irene and Maurice. Overall, we lacked nothing and we highly recommend this accommodation.

We stayed here for 10 weeks and it was perfect for us! The environment is really unique and other destinations were easy to reach. We felt really welcome during our stay.

Everything was great! Beautiful place

The location of this Airbnb is excellent — situated in a quiet neighborhood that made for a peaceful stay. The studio is small but cozy, featuring a comfortable bed and a shower with great pressure and temperature. Since the apartment is in the basement, you could occasionally hear noises from the residence above, but it was never a major disturbance. One of the best parts is that it’s right next to a lovely park, making it super walkable. Plus, you can easily walk to many of Amsterdam’s main attractions from here, which is very convenient. The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again if I return to Amsterdam.

Lyske was a fantastic hostess and her apartment is in a safe and friendly area, close to public transport. She was extremely responsive and helpful to us during our stay. I highly recommend Lyske and her place…😊

Henri our stay was very nice and the personal touch like ,fruit,beard,eggs etc in the fridge and the other personal touches in the flat made us very welcome,if we come to Amsterdam again i would definitely stay there,it was excellent.thankyou mel & henri for allowing us to share your home with us . Our stay with MorningStar in Amsterdam was absolutely exceptional. The home was pristine, beautifully designed, and full of luxurious touches that made our three-night stay unforgettable. We arrived to find thoughtful treats like fresh fruit and chocolate waiting for us—such a warm welcome! The location was perfect: central, quiet, and incredibly walkable, which made it easy for our family of four to explore the city. Every detail exceeded our expectations. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again—highly recommend!

The host filled the fridge with an unexpected treat of drinks and wine, which pleasantly surprised us. There was a lot of space in the apartment, it was generally nice. I was a little cold at night, but it will be great on hot days. You could hear the footsteps of the people living above us and how someone was using the water, because the house was built a long time ago. It's definitely a very nice garden. Very kind and helpful Host.

A pleasure to stay here. Much better than a hotel. Felt like home from home. As a result of a great stay, will come back again with my wife. So close to the centre but also perfectly set a little away. Great restaurants, bakery and bars nearby. A great place for taking a run each day and of course, pick up a bike and take a ride.

We had a lovely stay in this flat! Very spacious with lots of windows and light - even better than the photos. Centrally located, private and bed was super comfortable! Would recommend and stay again, Sarita was an accommodating host and very friendly.
