In het centrum van Abcoude naast Amsterdam ligt dit gezellige familiehuis met ruime tuin. Het is een kindvriendelijke accommodatie met een plunge pool in de tuin , praktisch gelegen aan het riviertje Het Gein / De Angstel welke rechtreeks verbindt met Amsterdam Station Abcoude ligt op loopafstand vanwaar u binnen 20 min in het centrum van Amsterdam staat. Op loopafstand zijn alle voorzieningen zoals supermarkten, restaurants, slijterij, pinautomaat, artsen, apotheek en boekhandel aanwezig.

Romantisch chalet direct aan prachtig natuurwater

Dit chalet is binnen 6x4 en voorzien van keuken (met magnetron-oven en koelkast), badkamer met douche en toilet, een knusse bedstee (1.40m x 2.00 met een opstapje) en voldoende bergruimte. Het ruime, overkapte terras van 6x3 meter (westen) betrek je gemakkelijk bij de leefruimte. Je zit echt áán het (zwem)water van de schone plas. Beautiful, modern and cozy family house close to Amsterdam. Situated in front of river 'de Vecht'. There is a jetty in front of the house, so you can easily make a swim or sup. A perfect spot to enjoy a holiday feeling. We are surrounded by fields, lakes and small beaches. Our house is located in a nature reserve where you can make beautiful hikes and cycling trips and super close to Amsterdam & Utrecht ( 20 min). In the garden you'll find a nice terrace, trampoline and a veggie garden.

Huis aan water, 3 sups, kano, motorboot

Zeer compleet huis op een eiland met een eigen motorboot. Dit alles in een mooie omgeving met veel natuur, waar voldoende te doen is voor iedereen. In de tuin kunt u lekker luieren in een hangmat, trampoline springen, kanoën, suppen en zwemmen vanaf je eigen steiger. In de omgeving kunt u verder wandelen en fietsen naar het nabijgelegen dorp Breukelen en/of wandelen langs de Vecht. Vanaf station Breukelen bent u met de trein binnen 25 minuten in het centrum van Amsterdam of Utrecht.

Bohemian : include boat, supboards and pool

Discover adventurous outdoor living in this oasis of tranquillity by the water! Only accessible by boat and boat is included (see photo), We always check you in personally and sail our own boat with you from the car park to the cottage in 5 minutes. Where we then explain a few things about the cottage and its surroundings. We are also at your disposal with a fast boat in case of emergencies. We ask an extra deposit for the boat of € 500,- because Airbnb does not insure it.

Plassenzicht Logies - Studio "Water" on the Loosdrecht lakes (Loosdrechtse Plassen).

There are two luxury studios: "Rietkraag" & "Water"! Each has its own entrance and is equipped with a complete kitchen (including combi oven/microwave, nespresso coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, hob, cutlery, glasses & cups, plates and pans), 1 x double bed, shower, separate toilet, Smart TV, Free Wifi and balcony overlooking the Lakes. Basically, we have built Sustainable, Ecological, Circular. Plassenzicht Logies has been open since 06/09/22, making it new in its kind.

Onze vakantie woning is geschikt voor 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen Het stijlvol ingerichte vakantiehuisje is een fijne plek om te verblijven. De ruime steiger met overkapping is een heerlijke plek om te genieten van het uitzicht over het water. Ook in het centrum van Breukelen is genoeg te beleven zoals diverse winkels, supermarkten en restaurants.
