With this Ibiza-style home (+2 private parking spaces) near Amsterdam, you can enjoy a holiday in a quiet and green park. Therefore, only guests are allowed to book from the age of 25. You can swim or paddleboard (incl.) into the water via our jetty. With our dinghy (€150 incl. petrol, to be booked per day), you can sail to the lakes and visit a restaurant. Or go BBQ on our covered terrace with Weber BBQ and cozy lighting. Close to forests and heathland where dogs can run free, with great restaurants.

Drechthuisje

The Drechthuisje is located near the Loosdrechtse lakes, only half an hour's drive from Amsterdam or Utrecht. This cottage is built sustainably with lots of light and a contemporary decor. Upon entering the gate, you will find a landscaped garden with terraces and all amenities are available for a relaxing stay. The 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (separate toilet), the living room and open kitchen are more than fully furnished. Through the large glass facade, you have unobstructed views over the water.

Dit appartement is gelegen op een biologische boerderij onder de rook van Amsterdam (3,5 kilometer afstand van openbaar vervoer). Vanuit hier kun je allerlei activiteiten ondernemen in Amsterdam en de rest van Nederland. De landelijke ligging maakt dat je hier volledig tot rust kan komen. Het is een groene oase vlakbij de stad, met verschillende idyllische dorpen en kleine steden eromheen. Op de boerderij is het een gezellige boel met de koeien, geiten, varkens, pony's ('s zomers vliegen:))

In the garden, you can relax in a hammock, jump on a trampoline, go canoeing, paddle boarding and swimming from your own jetty. Nearby you can continue hiking and cycling to the nearby village of Breukelen and/or hiking along the Vecht. From Breukelen station, you can reach the city center of Amsterdam or Utrecht by train in 25 minutes.

Op de oprit kunnen vier auto’s staan en heeft een Tesla charger. Hartje Utrecht is op 10 min met de auto of 20 min fietsen. Amsterdam is 20 minuten met de auto. Winkelcentrum 5 minuten.

De ruimte is geschikt voor gezinnen of 2 stelletjes. De supermarkt ligt op 500 meter. Er zijn diverse restaurants in het dorp. Maarssen ligt tussen Utrecht (8km) en Amsterdam (30km).

Relax and relax in this just refurbished cozy little water house. Take a dip in the swimming water or throw out your fishing rod. Shower down under the luxurious outdoor shower with hot & cold water. And then delicious BBQ. There is a small outdoor kitchen with hot & cold water. When the evenings are a little fresher, light the wood stove. Optionally, you can take a nice boat trip on the lake, we rent the boat with a powerful electric whisper motor.
