Monthly Rentals in Stiava

We found a home away from home with this house. Not only was it spotless when we arrived but Alessandra had thought about everything from making the home smell wonderful to leaving some toys out for the kids. The house is immaculately thought out with lamps and bookshelves in the right places for example. We absolutely loved and lived in the garden with its shaded areas in the midday sun and warm evening light. Our kids felt right at home straight away which is something we haven’t ever experienced before. We will be back as we feel we’ve left a part of us there! Thank you Ale for everything! X

Sara and Raffaele are absolutely exemplary hosts. The apartment is sparkling clean and equipped with everything you need for a stay as a private supplier. The village of Stiava is centrally located between Lucca and the sea. It is a perfect base for excursions. The hosts are incredibly helpful and have great suggestions for restaurants and things to do nearby.

Wonderful house in a spectacular location. Full kitchen, functional, with all possible appliances and above all thoroughly CLEAN. Rooms upstairs overlooking Viareggio, large bathrooms, well-kept furnishings, lots of towels available, all very clean. You can see that it was a house inhabited and well thought out and not arranged/built only for rent. One of the few places I'd be happy to come back.

Very comfortable and equipped house in a magnificent location. Although perfectly heated, it was a shame not to have been able to take advantage of the beautiful fireplace. Monica is a super host, always responsive and helpful, and a special mention for Elena who, with her kindness, made the check-in and check-out operations simple and effective.
