Peace & Quiet In A Tuscan Hill Top Discovery

Gioviano is a small quiet medieval village 25 kms from the walled city of Lucca in the Garfagnana. The house is peacful and in the heart of this beautiful Tuscan village, if you want to explore the region this is a perfect retreat for a weekend or longer. We are 50 minutes from Pisa airport on the SS12 route. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.

Relax with the whole family Spend evenings out in the tranquility and fresh air for dinners or barbecues to get away from the city and work. Inside the house, there are stairs to go up to the sleeping area and 5 steps to go to the kitchen… for those with small children, if you tell us in time, we will look for gates to make everything safe and the possibility of a camping cot. We also have 1 small living room with fireplace and 1 larger with the possibility of adding a cot

Borgometato – Magione

There is a place a few steps away from the famous VERSILIA (Tuscany) called BORGOMETATO. Here various structures have been designed by the well-known Architect Stefano Viviani, who has realized In each of them, a very refined style respectful to the place. Il Borgo is situated in the Tuscany hills, very close to the seaside. Surrounded by olive trees and lots of green spaces, there are also some donkeys for the joy of children. LA MAGIONE is part of this place.

The home of the Codirosso: timeless soul in Tuscany

“La dimora del Codirosso” is my historic family home in which I rent a part to those who travel or seek rest, rediscovering the atmosphere of the past. The house is hidden in a small medieval village in the Norther Tuscany, Brucciano, among the tranquility of the woods and mountains of Garfagnana's area. On request I’ll be happy to prepare for you a delicious Italian breakfast or other meals but, remember, these service are not included in the price.

Flat in Corsanico

The flat is located on a hillside among olive trees and magnolias, inside a former convent dating back to the 17th century. From the windows and the garden there is an extraordinary view of Lake Massaciuccoli, the Tyrrhenian Sea and its islands: in addition to Gorgona that is always visible, when the air is clear you can see Capraia, Elba and Corsica. An ideal place to relax, visit cities of art, go on nature excursions and, of course, go to the sea.

The villa is in a picturesque SECLUDED LOCATION with magnificent views in a large garden, 25 minutes from Pisa Airport, 5 minutes from the Massarosa A 11 exit. The villa is the individual refuge of our family, which we use a lot. We are pleased to make our favorite place available to guests since spring 2019. The villa can comfortably accommodate 10 people, approx. 450 square meters.

Surrounded by the olive trees of the Tuscan hills at an altitude of 200 metres, located 15 minutes from the sea, between Lucca, Pisa, Florence and the 5 Terre, the cottage is in a panoramic position overlooking the sea. The house, on three levels, has two double bedrooms. Equipped with fast wifi connection, smart TV, microwave oven, four-burner induction hob, washing machine.

It is a house surrounded by a private garden, arranged on two floors, with the ground floor comprising entrance hall, living room, kitchen-dining room, a space with desk, and a service room; on the first floor two double bedrooms and another room with a single bed, as well as the bathroom.
