The house and the environment are particularly suitable for families with children. Rural and quiet location (the rooster may be heard), no traffic, large lawn. Blackberries, blueberries, cherries, climbing trees, exciting rocks. Sandpit, football goal, garden swings and trampoline. Deck with barbecue grill. Separate fire pit for open fire. Short walk to jetties, child-friendly beach and crab fishing. Hiking trails pass the house. Close to Bohuslän's best attractions. Fast Wi-Fi, 5G. Sheep, chickens and rabbits, 2 kayaks to borrow. We live in the neighboring house itself.

Private house 70 meters from the sea on car-free Dyrön!

Our house is 70 m from the sea. You just wrap yourself in a towel and walk down to the child-friendly beach or to the lovely rocks with trampoline. 5 minutes walk away is the sauna where you can enjoy the sea from the sauna window. The island is car-free, with a calm that is unbeatable. Yet there are amenities such as ICA store, restaurants, mini golf course and kiosk. Around the island there is a lovely hiking trail and if you are lucky, you come across mufflon sheep on the way.

En helt underbar liten stuga 30 meter från vattnet vid skåpesundskanalen med brygga vid strandkanten. Stugan är på ca 20 kvm men har alla bekvämligheter som man behöver. Badrum, toalett och dusch finns i stugan. Sängen är en bäddsoffa som blir till en Queensize säng när man fäller ut den. Passande för två personer. Fri parkering ingår.
