On the west coast of Tjörn, you will find this two-story house with proximity to saltwater swimming. The house is next to our house. Upstairs: a double bed, sofa bed, single bed and a junior bed. Bed linens and towels are not included. Downstairs, a double bedroom, kitchen and living room with TV. Tjörn has many sights and beautiful small islands to visit. The house is close to a well-stocked grocery store with, among other things, a fish shop, as well as a pharmacy, STC and health center. It is 50 kilometers to Gothenburg where you can also take the bus. Welcome!

The cottage consists of a living room with a seating area with a modern sofa for 2 people (140cm) In the attached annex, there are two single beds that can easily be put together to a double bed Swimming dock within 100 meters and nice beaches 700-1000 meters. The surroundings also offer nice walking paths in a beautiful environment. 2.5 km away is Stenungs Torg with 65 shops and all possible services. This completely newly built guest house is located on our sea plot and access to a large jetty with swimming ladder and grill is available, as well as a berth for boats that do not go deeper than 2.5 m (at extremely low water 2 m). My place is right on the beach in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the lakeside and nature location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!

With salt water swimming right nearby, this newly renovated cottage has access to a small rowboat. Nearby (2 km) you will find Almön with a well-stocked ICA grocery store and restaurant, pharmacy and health center. There is also good communication to Stenungsund, Gothenburg and Uddevalla. Within a radius of 20 km, you will find several excursion destinations such as climbing on Tjörnbroklippan, Pilane, Sundsbysäteri and Kyrkesund, Skärhamn, Åstol and Dyrön.

House with five beds on beautiful Lyrön

Hus på 44kvm med möjlighet att bo fem personer. Huset är vackert beläget med utsikt över ängar och berg. Framför huset finns en stor gräsmatta som kan användas för lekar och andra aktiviteter. Det är fem minuters promenad till havet och i viken finns en eka som man får låna. På ön finns en fiskaffär och restaurang, också den fem minuters promenad från huset. Naturen på ön är mångskiftande med öppet hav och klippor i väst, små jordbruk och skog mitt på ön.
