The apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house, is about 45 m² and consists of a combined kitchen/living room, bedroom, bathroom with shower tub, storage room, cloakroom and 2 balconies. Very quiet location surrounded by greenery. A car is recommended. Living and sleeping rooms are plastered with clay, which leads to a pleasant indoor climate. The apartment was completely rebuilt in 2008 and has underfloor heating. Suitable for 2 people, possibly 3. The 3rd bed is a sofa bed in the living area.

High above the valley, located above a mountain road, you can reach the historic house Oberlandtal. Surrounded by wide mountain meadows on which mountain sheep graze relaxed. A fantastic view of the Watzmann and Hochkalter will make you forget the time from the start. The cozy attic apartment with a south-facing balcony has been lovingly furnished. Welcome to our modern but warm House in the middle of the Tyrolian Alps. The Maisonette is build in a one Family House with its own Garden and Entrance. The Zur Loipe is just 15 min Walk to the Center and Shops. Just 5 min to the several Skiing Lifts by Car. For all our Cross Country Enthusiastics the Loipe is located just in front of the Garden, no Car is needed neither long Walks. Our House is in a Dead End Street that means no traffic, just the Residens. Suitable for a couple up to 2 kids

Our apartment is decorated with reclaimed wood, stone, and high-quality materials in the Alpine style. Most of the furniture is beautiful individual pieces. We racked our brains about how to create the greatest possible feeling of well-being. Coming in and feeling good while enjoying the great views of the Predigtstuhl was the goal. In the apartment building there is a large panoramic pool and a measly fitness area.😂 The house has a great location and very good accessibility.

The Raffner Hof in Ruhpolding – Chiemgau / Bavarian Alps The apartment is located in the quiet district of Stockreit with wonderful views of the Chiemgau mountains. Ideal for hiking and biking. The climbing forest and the Flyline at Unternberg also offer adventure. Grocery stores, butchers, bakeries, restaurants and the train station are approx. 15 minutes' walk or 3 minutes' drive. Ruhpolding is also the perfect base for numerous excursion destinations in the surrounding area.

The bus goes through the most beautiful parts of Salzburg : Hellbrunn Castle, Anif Zoo, Untersberg with the Untersbergbahn. In addition, the Chocolate Factory, the Schellenberg Ice Cave, the Anif Forest Bath and the Königsseeach are all just a stone's throw away. The location is the optimal combination for nature and culture lovers.

Die Ski/- Wanderbushaltestelle in das Schigebiet Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn ist in nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Bahnhof liegt ca.10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Haus entfernt....Rodelbahn und Dorfloipe sind beleuchtet. Im Haus sind Ski- und Radabstellplätze sowie eine Terrasse vorhanden.

Vacation home with an emperor's view / mountain view / dream location

Fully equipped apartment from which you can enjoy the magnificent view of the valley, the golf course and the mountains of nearby Tyrol. How about, for example, a glass of wine and dinner at sunset to end the day. Our house is a 5-minute walk from the hiking parking lot/tour start and ski lifts, as well as a few minutes by car from the start into the large Waidring/Steinplatte ski resort.

The room was newly furnished with love and invites you to spend a few beautiful days in Lofer :) Wi-Fi, kettle, coffee, bed linen, towels, TV, fridge, closet, parking are of course included. In the summer months (30.04. - 06.11.) we have the possibility to provide Saalachtalkarten (free of charge), with this you get discounts or free services in the area. More on request :)

The house is near the Gaisberg lift in a sunny location. There are only about 5 minutes walk to the village center. The ski bus stops right outside the front entrance (about 50 steps) and from the Maierl downhill you can ski right up to the house.
