An experience in summer as well as in winter. Relax and recharge your batteries between squirrels and hiking trails.

Doppelhaushälfte aus dem Jahr 2019 komplett neu eingerichtet mit Einbauküche, Wohnecke, zwei Bädern und zwei Schlafzimmern. Kleiner Garten vor dem Schlafzimmer, große Dachterrasse mit Blick auf das Steinhuder Meer. Im Winter sorgt ein kleiner Ethanol-Kamin für gemütliche Stimmung. Für E-Fahrräder und E-Scooter gibt es eine Ladestation vor dem Haus. Nahe der Badeinsel und nur etwa 15 Minuten in den Ort. In den Monaten April bis Ende Oktober können zwei Stand-Up-Paddel-Boards geliehen werden.

Intimate atmosphere on the outskirts of a village, for trade fair guests & small Groups suitable. Students, fitters, employees in training, family members visiting nearby, tourists for Hanover or Hildesheim and the Sarstedter area will find good transport connections here. The 4 rooms with 2 bathrooms and a kitchen are located in our detached house on the 2nd floor and on the attic. We live on the ground floor. The guest rooms can be reached via a shared entrance in the stairwell.

Cottage Wilkenburg

Our idyllic cottage from 1730 is located in the middle of the old village center of Wilkenburg (Hemmingen), surrounded by a nature reserve. A breathtaking swimming lake (100 m) and many paths into nature are just a stone's throw away. The city center of Hanover, the Maschsee and the Hanover trade fair can be reached in a 5-10 minute drive. Hanover main station: 8.5 km, airport: 30 km Trade fair: 5.5 km A small country bakery and a private horse farm are just around the corner.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. The city railway lines 1 and 2 are within walking distance. The exhibition grounds are 3 minutes away by car. Parking for vehicles of any size is provided. Electric charging station is also available on request. Restaurants, shopping malls, supermarkets, hardware stores, doctors are all very quick to reach.
